Chapter 355: The Mystery of Eight Characters

Thinking of this, I continued to look down. Sure enough, under the stone wall was the cultivation method and precautions of Wuji true qi.

Seven things you need to pay attention to when practicing this Taoist technique:

First, the practice time of this Taoist technique is midnight and noon.

Second, you must choose to practice in an absolutely quiet room or in a cave.

Third, you must practice meticulously as required, and thoughts and persistence are the most important.

When practicing this Taoist technique of Di Si, the breathing is all about nasal breathing, and the mouth is absolutely not allowed.

Fifth, when practicing this Taoist technique, do not expose it to ten times of cold, and you must persevere.

Sixth, it is normal to have various hallucinations when practicing this Taoist technique. Don’t worry, and don’t stop practicing suddenly because of fear of fright. It is a good phenomenon that natural tenderness occurs during practicing Taoist techniques, but you should not force it, and let everything go naturally.

Seventh, if this Taoist technique is not cultivated by a natural Taoist body, it is not necessary to practice it, and the consequences are borne by one's own consequences.

Eighth, if a person with a destiny is born with a Taoist body, and if you learn this Taoist technique, you must be familiar with the Taoist scriptures and do not violate it.

Seeing this, I began to feel that the Wuji true energy carved on the stone wall is not like a prank, it is really the same.

I couldn't help but look down, and the following is the method of practicing Wuji True Qi:

Tao gives birth to one, one gives birth to two, two gives birth to three, and three gives birth to all things. All things carry yin and embrace yang. The true qi is strong in the yin and yang. These two come out and are differently named. They are both called mysterious, mysterious and mysterious, and the door to all wonders. Swallow the sun and the moon, embrace the heaven and earth, and their minds are floating and rising. This is true qi. Those who obtain true qi are the best in Taoism. It is moving, the wind and rain are dark, and it is quiet. The bright moon is bright and the Wuji true qi is all practiced in four ways:

The first form is Ziwu Yin and Yang Technique.

Before practicing this Taoist technique, you must first relax the body wrapped around it, and first relax the whole body including muscles, bones, muscles, etc. Then sit naturally, and practice facing north at midnight; practice facing south at noon. The upper body is upright, the tongue is pressed against the upper palate, and the lower jaw is slightly closed. The palms of both hands are facing upward, the palms and fingers are facing opposite to each other, hold them in the lower dantian, and use the yang energy to guard the dantian for ten minutes. Then gently hold your hands upward, stop along the Ren meridian route to the Danzhong point, turn your palms and fingers to face down, and slowly press down to the lower dantian for a while. Practice this repeatedly for an hour.

The second form: Feel the true qi. This form is divided into two forms, and first do one form:

Standing naturally, spread your feet apart as wide as your shoulders, relax your whole body, bend your knees slightly, lift your hands gently, put your palms down, and place your palms and fingers at the Zhongwan point, and the distance between the middle fingers of both hands is about three inches; press the strength of the empty spirit, press the tongue against the upper palate, sink your shoulders and drop your elbows, and round your arms, so that it becomes a fixed pattern and remains motionless. Breathe naturally. Practice this forty-nine times, and then feel the true qi in nature. Remember: When you feel the external true qi attracting the human body, you need to quickly gather the true qi in the Dantian and Laogong point of both hands, and Yongquan point of both feet.

The two stand naturally, with the same key points. Only lightly raise your hands, with palms facing upwards, palms and fingers facing each other, raise your arms above your head slightly, bend them slightly, seem straight but not straight, and become a fixed pattern. Remember: the main part of the human body being sucked by the celestial body is the Laogong point on both hands and the Baihui point on the top of the head.

The third form: True Qi is inexhaustible

Stand naturally, and the key points are the same as before. Lift your hands up to your chest, with your palms facing forward, your palms facing down, the distance between your thumbs is five inches, and your arms seem straight but not straight; then press the upward route with both hands to the arc and press down to the side of your body for a while. Repeat this for sixty-four times. Lift your hands up, and the Laogong point outside your hands is strongly sucked by the celestial body to reach the chest level; when both hands are pressed down, use your palms to quickly release the true qi, and then silently recite: One, two, three, but you must slowly. After reading, stop releasing the true qi.

The fourth form: the true qi penetrates.

You need to sit cross-legged naturally, and the key postures are the same as the first posture. When inhaling, use natural true qi to enter from Baihui point, go directly to the perineum point through the middle line of the body, then release it violently from the perineum point, rush straight to the ground, and then exhale. This is repeated twenty-one times. This Wuji true qi Taoist technique can be accomplished.

I was confused when I saw this. What kind of cultivation method of Wuji true qi is too complicated? How did I learn it? Although I have learned some Taoist mental methods and some methods of practicing Taoism before, I am really worried when facing the very complex cultivation method of Wuji true qi in front of me. At least half of the cultivation methods are there.

But I was unwilling to give up because I needed to become stronger now, and this Wuji true qi just seemed to be a very powerful Taoist technique. And I was not that natural Taoist body, but I was met here. This Taoist technique was clearly what God asked me to learn.

But what should I do if I can't understand the things I can't understand

But at this moment, Xiao Ran, who had been unconscious, started coughing at this time. After hearing this, I ran towards Xiao Ran regardless of Wuji's true energy on the wall.

Xiao Ran, Xiao Ran, how do you feel when you open your eyes and see, Xing Xing, I gently pushed him with my hand while calling his name.

Xiao Ran lay on the ground and coughed a few times. He slowly opened his eyes. After seeing me, he reacted for a while and asked me in surprise:

Zuo Thirteen, we're here to the underworld

What the underworld is not dead, I looked at Xiao Ran and explained.

After hearing my words, Xiao Ran looked around blankly, then reached out and touched my face.

I hurriedly avoided and looked at him and said jokingly:

Xiao Ran, what are you doing, I'm not talking about you, I'm not going to be a staple.

Xiao Ran looked at me and asked again:

Thirteen, we are not dead

I nodded:

You just miss of your health

After hearing my words, Xiao Ran slowly sat up from the ground, looked around and asked me again:

Where are we now, how did we escape from that ghost? There are some problems with Qiu Shasha and Fatty. Xiao Ran asked several questions in succession.

I had to sit beside him, first take out the wild fruits from my backpack and let Xiao Ran eat some, and then tell him one by one what happened after he was unconscious.

Xiao Ran nodded after listening to me, then looked at me, suddenly thought of something, and then asked me:

By the way, Thirteen, the ghost wife inside your jade pendant, why can't I see the yin energy in your jade pendant

After hearing Xiao Ran's words, my heart suddenly became sank again, and I couldn't help but sigh and looked at Xiao Ran and said:

Leaving, leaving me.

Xiao Ran asked in confusion.

I don’t know either. When I asked about the cause of her death and her horoscope, her emotions immediately subsided, and then left me without any room for leaving. I looked at Xiao Ran and said truthfully.

Thirteen, can you tell me the horoscope of your ghost wife? Xiao Ran continued to ask me.

Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen. I looked at Xiao Ran telling him about An Rushuang's horoscope. This man who would rather be wronged than explain, would rather sacrifice his life to save us is worthy of my trust.

After hearing my words, Xiao Ran silently recited it:

Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen Could it be that she was Xiao Ran's face suddenly changed, and she was full of surprise

I also became anxious when she saw Xiao Ran’s appearance and asked quickly.

Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen Gengchen, four Gengchen Eight Characters, this numerology belongs to the fate of the dragon's pupil and phoenix neck, the change of the main road is the nine-five master Xiao Ran looked at me and said this sentence that made me stunned on the spot

It took me a long time to recover and looked at Xiao Ran with some confusion and asked:

The Nine Five Lords You mean An Rushuang. Her horoscope is the fate of the ancient emperor.

Yes, Thirteen, I now know why An Rushuang must leave you. Don’t blame her for leaving you suddenly. If she really loves you, she will definitely choose to leave you. Xiao Ran looked at me and said seriously.

Why did Rushuang leave me? This question has been torture and confusing me. I can't wait to know from Xiao Ran that I don't want to wait for a second
