Chapter 49 Xingyi Boxing
In Xingyiquan, Monkey Fist stands out among many national martial arts with its unique and flexible way. The body is as clever as a monkey, jumping and running.
The most prominent feature of Monkey Fist is its flexibility.
Dugu Liu exerted the monkey fist to the extreme, and his body was really as flexible as a monkey. When Ye Xiao came into contact with Dugu Liu's boxing technique, he knew the special features of Dugu Liu's monkey fist. Not only was his body like a spirit monkey, his movements were agile, but he was also extremely powerful.
Under Dugu Liu's attack, Ye Xiao retreated repeatedly.
The strength is too strong, and Ye Xiao dare not cherry his sharpness at all.
Qianyu's footsteps were connected, Taekwondo, and bone-removing techniques were used to move forward to Dugu Liu's body.
When Ye Xiao was attacked by Qianyu's bone removal technique, he knew the exquisiteness of Qianyu's bone removal technique. The bone removal technique is one of the grasping hands. In close attacks, the bone removal technique is very powerful.
Ye Xiao is not as good as Qianyu, and has extremely high attainments in fighting skills in other countries. Ye Xiao is only good at national arts. As for Taekwondo and karate, he only has a slight understanding of it.
Therefore, this is one of the reasons why Ye Xiao’s attack power is not as strong as the simple words.
"Let you see what is the real Xingyiquan." Amid Dugu Liu's sneer, Dugu Liu's boxing technique changed again.
Dugu Liu, who had just used monkey fist, changed his fist style and turned into a horse like a horse. The horse-shaped Xingyiquan in Xingyiquan.
"Horse has the power to gallop", and passing through the steps means driving the tiger and running the horse. Night horses break into the groove, wild horses run through the way, horses shapes through fists, horses kick their legs, horses raise their heads, etc.
The most important thing about horse-shaped Yiquan is its momentum. When practicing horse-shaped Yiquan, your body is like a galloping horse, moving forward bravely, and no one can stop it.
Horse-shaped Yiquan has a momentum that no one can stand.
Ye Xiao was shocked again. How deep is Dugu Liu's attainments in Xingyiquan? Combined with the chicken steps, dragon shape, monkey shape, and now horse shape, can Dugu Liu finish learning the Xingyiquan trap? Although Xingyiquan only belongs to one type of boxing, it has many branches, such as Five Elements Fist and Twelve-shaped Fist as the main boxing techniques.
Therefore, Xingyiquan is not like single punches like Tai Chi, Baguazhang, etc.
Xingyiquan uses the five elements boxing (splitting, jumping, drilling, cannon, horizontal) and the twelve-shaped fist (dragon, tiger, monkey, horse, chicken, harrier, swallow, snake, turtle, harrier, hammer, eagle, bear) as the basic boxing techniques, and its stance method is based on the three-body style. Some areas in Shanxi have the basic stance method based on "station of Dantian" and "Liuhe Style". Other single-practice routines include the five elements chain, miscellaneous hammer, eight-style fist, four-hand punch, twelve-fly punches, entrance and exit holes, five elements coexist, dragon and tiger fighting, eight-character skills, eight-handed hand tricks, upper, middle and lower eight-handed. The practice routines include three-hand cannons, five-flower cannons, housing cannons, and nine-set rings. The equipment practice is mainly based on swords, guns, swords, and sticks, and three-way
, Liuhe, serial, and three talents. The boxing techniques are based on the ten major shapes (dragon, tiger, chicken, eagle, snake, horse, cat, monkey, harrier, swallow) and four-foot and eight styles (head fist, picking, eagle catch, sticky hand). The stubs include chicken leg studs and eagle bear studs. Single practice routines include dragon and tiger fighting, ten shapes in one, top, middle and lower four hand gestures, etc. The popular Xingyiquan in various places, in addition to the different technical content, also has their own styles. For example, Xingyiquan in Hebei has a relaxed boxing and stable and solid boxing; Xingyiquan in Shanxi has a compact boxing and exquisite force; Xinyiquan in Henan has a brave boxing and strong momentum.
Xingyiquan respects Yue Wumu as its ancestor, and its origin can be traced back to Ji Jike, Shanxi in the early Qing Dynasty. It is said that Ji Jike once learned the art of learning the Xinyizhu in Shaolin Temple in Henan, and was proficient in Liuhe gun technique. Later, he obtained the Yue Wumu boxing score. Later, he used the Yue Fei boxing score as the theory, turned the big gun technique into boxing techniques, and integrated the original learning Xinyizhu to create this boxing. Ji Jike's disciples were divided into different factions such as Henan, Shanxi, and Hebei, and divided into different names and inheritances, including Xinyi Liuhequan, Xinyiquan, Xingyiquan, etc.
Xingyiquan, which is popular in modern times, was developed by Li Luoneng, Shenzhou, Hebei from Dai Xinyiquan, Shanxi, and named it.
Therefore, it is not difficult to practice one kind of Xingyiquan, but it is difficult to practice multiple Shadow or Five Elements Boxing.
More importantly, Xingyiquan requires ten practices.
Head training
The head is the master of the whole body, and all human behaviors are commanded by the mind. The head is the head of the six yangs, the five senses are all bones, and the head is the general leader. Therefore, when practicing various routines of Xingyiquan, you must make the head top, the neck straight, and the chin slightly retracted to facilitate the whole body, coordinate the upper and lower parts, so that the breathing is natural, the Ren and Du meridians are unblocked, and the qi sinks into the Dantian. This is not only conducive to the natural force of the arms, but also to protect the throat to prevent accidents. Not only that, while the head is changing in the general technique, footwork, and body movements, it can also effectively protect the facial features.
Practice
The body of a person is dominated by the waist. Whether it advances, retreats, swallows, spits, and regulating his arms, they are coordinated by the waist. Body method and the method of body change. The requirements for body method in Che's Xingyiquan boxing are: look straight and slant, look slant and straight, neither leaning nor leaning, move the body, firm abdomen, firmness and roundness, lifting the anus and retracting the hips, and straightening the tailbone. There are twelve methods for body method, namely vertical and horizontal, high and low, advance and retreat, reverse side, swallowing and spitting, and avoiding. All of these twelve methods are available.
Its specific meaning and requirements: if you are horizontal, you can release your power, and your courage is like a fierce tiger; if you are horizontal, you can wrap your strength and expand without any obstacles; if you are high, you can raise your body and pick stars in the sky; if you are low, you can lean on your body and show your ability; if you are advanced, you can take advantage of the gap and show your move without mercy; if you are retreating, you can take advantage of your energy, turn around and hide your body; if you are reversed, you can look behind, and change your back to face it; if you are sideways, you should adjust your arms, take care of both left and right; if you swallow your body, you should keep your chest and abdomen inward; if you are vomiting, your body will be hugged; if you push your hands, you can also avoid the right, and avoid the real attack.
Practice
The hand has the ability to turn, and hit the whole body with both hands, which is the basis of attack and defense, so there is a saying that "hands are like swords and guns". In the boxing theory of Xingyiquan, in terms of hand, there are one hand, two hands, hands, move, lift hands, start hands, intercept hands, and look at hands. This is the "seven methods of hands". What is one hand? "The front hand is like a kite entering the forest, binds the body and wings and rises, pushes the back hand like a swallow to get water, look up and flips up, hides and falls, this is the method of one hand."
It means both hands, and the score says: "The two hands rise and fall together, rise and fall like raising a tripod, and fall like dividing bricks. This is the method of both hands." "When the chest is straight out, it is called the move. The tendons are raised and fall, and the tendons are raised and fall, and the straight but not straight is called the start of the hand. The rise and fall of the hands are raised and fall, and the ginseng is raised and fallen, and the ginseng is raised and fallen, and the ginseng is pulled and rubbed is called the cut off the hand. If the tendons are not raised and the tendons are raised and not fallen, it is called the look at the hand. The seven methods of these hands must be known."
Practice steps
Steps are steps, which is the skill of the legs and feet. Steps are the foundation of the body and the hub of movement.
The proverb says: The heart is the commander (the heart is the brain), the eyes are the first step, the legs are war horses, and the hands are weapons. Regardless of attack, defense, advance and retreat, it depends entirely on the strength of the legs and feet. The score says: "If the feet are gone, the hands are not gone, the hands are not gone, the hands are not gone, the feet are not gone, the hands are not gone, the feet are not gone," "The body is the master, and the steps are in the steps". This shows the importance of footwork.
Practice
In Che's Xingyiquan boxing, the ends of the blood, flesh, tendons, and bones of the human body are called the tips, and are collectively called the "four tips". Hair is the tip of blood, tongue is the tip of flesh, armor is the tips of tendons, and teeth are the tips of bones. When the four tips are used, people can change their normal state. As the saying goes, anger hair is rushing to the crown and tiger whiskers are standing upside down, which refers to the external manifestation of a person under extreme anger. In boxing, boxing, the heart is trembling and the four tips are in harmony, and the internal strength is revealed. The opening and closing of pores can make blood circulation smooth and powerful
Full, pressing the upper palate of the tongue can make the fluid and fluid full without floating air and not dry mouth; buckle fingers and toes can make the qi pour into the tendons and the four legs are strong, and the teeth can make the spirit penetrate the bones and the body is strong. Therefore, when practicing, you must be able to make the hair go to the crown, the tongue wants to urge the teeth, the nails want to penetrate the bones, the teeth want to break the tendons, and the force of pushing mountains and seas, and the power of swallowing the wolf and swallowing the tiger. The four ends are one at the same time, the energy gathers strength, the lower plate is stable, and the external propagates bravely, so that the enemy is terrified. The importance of the four ends can be seen from this.
Practice essence
Essence refers to the advanced substance that maintains life in the human body - essence - liquid. my country's traditional Chinese medicine theory and martial arts masters all dynasties believe that: "Essence, qi, and spirit are the three treasures of man. Essence is the source of qi, qi is the place to nourish the spirit, and spirit is the master of life. If the essence is sufficient, qi is sufficient, the spirit is full, and if the spirit is sufficient, the masculinity will overflow; if the essence is dry, the qi is exhausted, and the spirit is exhausted, and the spirit is gone, and if the spirit is exhausted, the life will be restless. It can be seen that there is essence in life, and if there is no essence, death, which fully illustrates the important role of essence in maintaining life. Essence is difficult to produce and easy to consume, and cherish it even though it is known that it is a treasure.
Very few people exercise. Therefore, the ancestors of the Che family have repeatedly warned their disciples: "We must restrain our desires and protect our essence." The ancient Xingyi genealogy said that "efficient energy nourishes the solid root qi and nourishes the spirit. If the Yuanyang does not go away, the dantian will nourish the long life treasure, and ten thousand taels of gold will not be with others." To practice Xingyi's true skills, you must control sexual desire. If the sexual desire is excessive, it will cause the essence and energy deficiency, the body will be weak, the resistance will decrease, and it is prone to illness. This will lose the basic conditions of "practice essence and energy transformation, the spirit transformation, and the spirit transformation, and the spirit will return to the deficiency". If you want to achieve the best skills, you will be out of reach.
Practice mind
Intention is the thinking process of the human brain. The boxing book says: "The mind (referring to the brain) is the boxing that the mind is intended to be." The brain is the center of the nervous system, commanding all activities of people, and martial arts is no exception. The role of intention in the boxing theory and techniques of Xingyiquan can be divided into three aspects: the mind moves and the body follows, the mind leads the energy, and the mind reveals the form.
Practice Qi
Qi is the foundation of life. When a person lives, he will survive. If there is qi, he will survive. If there is no qi, he will die. Qi is the source of strength. Without qi, he will be weak. Qi can be divided into internal and external qi. Practicing Xingyi Zhengong emphasizes nourishing qi and practicing qi. The so-called nourishing qi means that under the guidance of thoughts, the whole body is condensed into the dantian in the dantian. Long-term nourishing qi can make the vital energy full and the spirit is strong. The so-called qi means that under the guidance of thoughts, Qi comes out from the dantian, passes through the four ends, reaches the whole body, condenses in the ribs, rushes up and down, opens and closes left and right, has sufficient strength, and then it is a unique skill. The so-called internal qi refers to the qi of the lungs and meridians in the human body. The so-called external qi refers to the breathing qi. Only when the external qi is continuously supplied and replenished can the internal qi be continuously operated and exerted, that is, I
We often talk about exhaling the old and accepting the new, and in such a cycle, and even endless, we can realize the potential of the human body, strengthen the body, and prolong life. Xingyiquan uses breathing as the exercise and operation as the effect. The movement of internal qi drives the changes of external qi, and the qi follows where the intention is. When the qi moves, the force will follow. Reverse abdominal breathing is the method of attracting the qi and driving the energy of Qi in Xingyiquan, and relaxing is the basis of qi. The small circumference luck method is to enter a high-level step. Breathing when starting a momentum and step, so that the qi and strength are transmitted through the whole body; breathing during movement, so that the qi and strength are in harmony. When moving, exhaling, exhaling, exhaling, exhaling from the dantian, inhaling from the dantian, inhaling from the internal and external qi, cycle back and forth, continuous, qi flows all over the body, force reaches the limbs, and the internal and external qi can reach the superior state.
Practice strength
The power of the human body is divided into internal force and external force. The source of force is qi. The boxing guide says: "The internal qi is harmonious and produces qi, and those who are in a smooth form will have their own strength." The boxing method of Xingyiquan is particular. The practice of strength must follow the rules of "three joints" and "six-alloy". Take the three-body posture as an example. When the momentum is pierced and the hand comes out, be sure to start from the root joint, follow the middle joint, reach the tip joint, and reach the tip joint. The three joints are in a smooth manner, that is, shoulders urge elbows, elbows urge hands, and force reaches the fist. The method of using force of the legs and feet is the same principle, starting from the root joint, following the middle joint, reaching the tip joint. That is, the hips urge knees, knees urge feet, and force reaches the soles of the feet. It must be kept in mind that no matter when and where, the practice of strength must lead the qi with the mind, use qi to promote force, the form is harmonious, the upper and lower part are in harmony, and the inside and outside are in harmony. In this way, the strength can be achieved without accumulation, the strength is not generated, and the strength is spontaneous, and the strength is infinite.
Practice
The so-called martial arts refers to kung fu. If you practice boxing but not practicing, you will be in vain. Three-body styling stent exercises, all kinds of single-practice routines are basic skills, and you must practice and experience them frequently and seriously. In particular, Sanshou (called Tiaoba), it is a specific test of real kung fu. Mr. Sun Deyi, a famous scholar of Xingyi, often worked hard to find seniors with excellent kung fu in order to improve his true kung fu skills, spend money to buy and beat him, and absorb nutrition from it to enrich himself. Especially after entering middle age, he went to Master Bu Xuekuan's house almost every day.
When learning the technique of free hand, he must practice a technique hundreds of times, thousands of times until he is skillful and skillful. This is one of the important reasons why he has become a famous master of Xingyi Sanshi and a "touchstone". To obtain the true skills of Xingyi, one must achieve the three sections, the four ends are in harmony, and the yin and yang are in harmony, and know how to avoid. Kung Fu pays off. As long as you think diligently, persevere, and be willing to endure hardships, you can reach the superb state of "there is no boxing, the intention is no intention, and the lack of boxing is no intention is the true intention; the enemy attacks according to my will, and using art to convince people is the true art."
These are the ten practices in Xingyiquan.
Xingyiquan, you must first practice these ten things well in order to exert the power of invisible boxing and twelve-shaped boxing techniques.
Judging from Dugu Liu's performance, he was deeply immersed in both the twelve-shaped fist and these ten practices.
