002 Return of missing persons

At 8 o'clock in the morning, Wang Jianguo and Tian Li and his wife arrived at the gate of the mourning hall on time, preparing to replace their daughter who had been guarding all night.

But unexpectedly, as soon as I arrived at the front of the gate, I saw my daughter holding her knees and squatting beside the door with her eyes blank.

In the empty mourning hall, a strange woman in purple was sitting cross-legged on the futon where they were kneeling down, closing her eyes and meditating.

Wang Jianguo and Tian Li looked at each other, who is this woman?

The two of them shook their heads together, and they had never seen each other before and did not know each other.

The couple quickly discovered that things were not simple, so Wang Jianguo stayed and Tian Li walked in.

"Miss, are you?"

"Tiger girl, who is that person?"

The couple's voices rang out at the same time.

Wang Shuyue looked up outside the door, expressionless, "My aunt."

The woman in purple-clad inside the door opened her eyes, serious and old-fashioned, "Wang Shufen."

For a moment, the wind stopped and the world was unprecedentedly quiet.

A moment later, Wang Shufen was surrounded by the couple. Wang Shuyue stood numbly at the door and listened to her parents excitedly asking questions she had asked before.

As expected, the couple walked out of the room in disbelief, glanced at Wang Shufen inside and reminded:

"Your grandfather's funeral will be held tomorrow morning. Today's main banquet will come up soon. You can take that girl first... No, it's your aunt who goes home."

Wang Jianguo specially lowered his voice to remind him: "The things about your aunt are in the drawer of the bedside table in your grandfather's house. Open it and see if this person is really your aunt."

"And!" Tian Li swallowed nervously, "Don't make a noise, when you meet someone, you say it's your distant cousin."

This matter is so evil. The missing person in the 1970s suddenly came back and looked old. If outsiders knew about it, their aunt would not be arrested for dissection!

So, Wang Shuyue temporarily suppressed the mental impact of cultivation, the vital energy continent, and rode her little electric donkey and took the woman who claimed to be her aunt down the mountain.

The woman seemed to have never seen a car in a tall building. When she passed by a speeding car, she tightened her whole body and pulled out the sword in her hand. The silver light flashed, almost scaring Wang Shuyue to the point of running a red light.

The driver's surprised gaze came from the car beside him, and Wang Shuyue smiled flatteringly.

"Props, I just came back from morning exercises and I laughed."

The driver nodded in understanding and withdrew his gaze.

After comforting others, Wang Shuyue quickly turned her head and whispered: "Grandma, put away the sword quickly, otherwise people will call the police."

"public security?"

Wang Shufen looked at the sword in her hand, then looked at the surprised gazes from the drivers beside her. She felt no danger and slowly took back the spirit sword.

The yellow light jumped, the green light appeared, Wang Shuyue twisted the accelerator, and the little electric donkey rushed out like lightning.

Wang Shufen's figure shook, but soon stabilized.

She looked at the tall buildings around her, the wide streets, pedestrians holding strange metal plates (mobile phones), and various shining billboards, and looked a little dazed.

She knows what year it is now, but just fifty years have passed, and the country has changed so much?

There is no supply and marketing cooperative, no big pot of rice, no commune, no dirt road, everything familiar cannot find a similar shadow in the city in front of you.

Wang Shuyue parked the car downstairs of the community, waved her hand, and signaled Wang Shufen to follow her.

Wang Jianguo is a small civil servant in a township of more than 20 years. He saved more than ten years of savings and bought this three-bedroom and one-living house in Ping'an Community, the county town.

Wang Shuyue is an only daughter, 21 years old, has no siblings, and is studying in the provincial capital. She is in the second semester of her junior year and has finished her courses. It happens to be the internship period. She is relatively free to move and does not have to take special leave when she comes to attend the funeral.

Because she works in the town, Tian Li also opened a convenience store in the middle school in the town with her husband. The house in the county has been in a semi-vacant state. In the past two months, she was admitted to the county hospital because the old man was seriously ill, so the house was a little popular.

These days, I was busy with funerals, and no one cleaned the mess in the room. Wang Shuyue piled all the blankets and dirty clothes on the sofa, packed the sofa out of an empty space, and asked Wang Shufen to sit for a while. She wanted to go to the room to get clothes and take a shower.

After explaining, regardless of Wang Shufen's tight cold face, he quickly flashed into his grandfather's room, found the bedside table that his father said, and poured out all the things inside.

When Wang Shuyue's grandfather Wang Xingbang was fifteen, his parents starved to death because of poverty. Wang Shufen, who was only nine years old at the time, relied on his brother Wang Xingbang to beg for food everywhere.

In the years when the Huaguo was first established, the people lived a hard life. In order to support this family, Wang Xingbang worked everywhere and worked hard. After finally reforming the commune, the brother and sister lived a better life. As long as they were willing to work, they would at least not worry about starving to death.

But things didn't go as expected. I finally raised my sister. I saw that I could find a good family for my sister, and the burden on my shoulders could be removed, but I didn't expect that Wang Shufen disappeared while she was grazing the sheep.

That era was not as convenient as it is now. Finding someone who was lost in the mountains was like finding a needle in a haystack.

The villagers all said that people must have been eaten by wild animals, but Wang Xingbang never gave up on searching. As long as he didn't see the corpse, he felt that people were still alive.

So, after the family life was better, Wang Jianguo sent a newspaper, contacted reporters, and even went on a TV show looking for someone in order to fulfill his wish.

Unfortunately, there was no news. Some scammers even called to cheat money with this matter and cheated away all the old man's pension.

Fortunately, Wang Jianguo knew a few people in the police station and helped them hard, so he took back some of the money he had cheated.

Therefore, what is poured out of the drawer are newspapers that have been reported in various missing person notices and reports over the past few decades, as well as a blurry black and white photo.

Wang Shuyue picked it up and looked at it, carefully compared the various details, and finally took this only proven black and white photo to the back of the door, and through the crack of the door, he observed the appearance of the woman in purple in the living room.

If you compare it carefully, there are some similarities.

The sound of a vibrating cell phone came from his pocket. Wang Shuyue, who was observing, was awakened and hurriedly closed the door to answer the phone.

The voice of my father Wang Jianguo asking came from the other end of the phone:

"Hu Niu, how are you doing? Can you match it? Is she your aunt?"

Wang Shuyue responded dissatisfiedly, "Dad, can you stop calling me a nickname? Outsiders will be able to laugh at me to death when they hear it!"

When Wang Jianguo heard his daughter get angry, he said sorry and was anxious, urging Wang Shuyue to give him an answer as soon as possible.

Wang Shuyue glanced at the black and white photos in her hand and said with uncertainty:

"The photo is too blurry and looks vaguely, but I still sincerely suggest a DNA test."

Wang Jianguo was helpless, "Okay, okay, then wait until your grandfather goes up the mountain before talking. The family's money is in the town, and there are no valuables in the county houses. You can leave her at home and see what she is going to do first. Everyone has to watch the night tonight. You can rest quickly and come back later in the evening."

Wang Shuyue hung up the phone, put away all the information on the bed, and prepared to take a shower, but she didn't expect that as soon as she opened the door, Wang Shufen appeared in front of her and said calmly:

"I heard everything you said."
