The forty-fourth act.

Leslie nodded at Piram's words and then looked at Antoine.

"Mr. Antoine, tell me what your signature looks like."

Nodded, Antoine said immediately.

"My signature is not a simple name, but a set of passwords."

He glanced at Leonard. This encryption method was first proposed by Leonard after communicating with Antoine. Although it was very complicated, it could avoid signature damage caused by spell reconstruction.

This encryption method involves the composition of the alchemy array.

As we all know, an alchemy array consists of runes, spell models, and magic nodes representing the effectiveness of spells. Generally speaking, the hidden signatures of mages will be placed in runes, and certain specific rune combinations and numbers are used to specify the signature, but this encryption method will be destroyed due to the reconstruction of spells.

To understand simply, these runes are a string of characters that express specific meanings, but if the thief fully understands the role of each rune, then similar runes can be used to achieve a substitute, just like imitating an article, the signature will naturally not be effective.

As for signatures on spell models, it is very difficult, because most of the models of spells are very strict, and a slight mistake will lead to completely different things. Therefore, only some special spell models can leave the author's signature on it, which is not universal. As for the same spell model, it cannot prove its originality.

The magic node, which is the energy supply part of the alchemy array, complements the magic model, but can change part of it according to specific requirements. Of course, this can also be reconstructed and destroy most of the signatures.

Unless you have special means to add unsensible things to the alchemy array, it is difficult to escape the baptism of reconstruction.

Therefore, after completely reconstructing Antoine's alchemy array, Piram believed that the alchemy array in his hand was the same as Antoine's, and the others were completely different, and Antoine would never be able to leave a signature.

So even though Antoine seemed calm and composed, Piram was not panicked at all until Antoine began to explain.

First, he did a job, which was to sort all magic runes and text, and then from the first one, mark the eight-digit sequence number, but this is not the sequence number of 123456, but a binary number. For example, the beginning number 1 is defined as 00000001, and the beginning first letter is 00001011.

Binary is not the first to be founded by Reiner in this world. As early as decades ago, this method of counting was invented by William Saxon, a master of the law system, but it has never had any practical effect.

After changing from text to binary number 101, Antoine chose his name as his signature, converted it into binary number, and then chose a number as the encryption key.

The next steps are the most critical. Reiner and Antoine chose a complex but unique formula, substituting Antoine's name and the binary number converted into by that number, compute a result, separating the result with every eight digits and then converting it into text, which gives an encrypted word.

This word does not appear in the alchemy array as the core part, because most people will give priority to reconstructing the core spells. Antoine hides it in various ways in the details of the alchemy array. Since it has been encrypted, the arrangement presented has no specific meaning, so it is easy to be ignored.

Leslie and Sulla soon began to investigate the alchemy array. Leslie and Shera soon found three such hidden signatures in the alchemy array.

"Wait, the two sheriffs, these runes are very commonly used, and he may just be trying his luck."

Piram was a little impatient at this time. No one would care about those runes that were out of order and not important, because most people set signatures only at the core of the spell.

"No, this is not a chance."

Reiner finally spoke, he glanced at the encrypted word and said.

"Why do we have to use troublesome encryption instead of simply making a few letter replacements? Because this is a means to verify the creator, and under this particular sort, the messy runes make sense."

He asked Antoine to project the complex formula in mid-air and continued.

"Mr. Antoine just said that the encryption method is to substitute his name and a number into the formula, and this number is the edge length of the spell model."

Spell models are complex geometric figures, but the edge lengths of each model are fixed and cannot be changed.

Antoine used a calculation array to substitute his name and numbers into the formula. Soon, he obtained a string of binary numbers and converted them. It was the meaningless word found in Piram's alchemy array.

"This is impossible, you must be cheating!"

Piram was already a little panicked, and he took a step back and shook his head violently.

"We have made one more step when designing the equation, that is, if we substitute the encryption result in reverse with the encryption key, we can get the originally encrypted words."

Reiner said, while Antoine waved her arm, and the meaningless word entered the equation and quickly got a name.

It's Antoine.

"So, the evidence is certain, Mr. Piram, it seems that you have indeed stolen the magical achievements of others."

Leslie said, looking at Piram coldly.

Theft of the magical achievements of others is a serious crime for the mage. The lightest punishment is to be deprived of all magical ranks and work in the wild semi-plane for fifty years, and this cannot be reduced by human relationships or money. Piram certainly knows it.

It was precisely because of this that fear instantly enveloped his heart.

"Also, Mr. Piram, I remember not mentioning in all the news newspapers that Sanderson attacked Antoine alchemy workshop last night, right?"

With his hands spread out, Leslie smiled as he succeeded in his plan.

"Antoine, you plot against me!"

Piram's face changed. Unexpectedly, Antoine Lena used such complex and unprecedented means to target him. This was no longer something Piram could prevent, it was just cheating!

He was already in a panic at this time, and hurriedly raised his left hand, and the fireball flew out toward Antoine. At the same time, a green acid sputtered in his right hand, pointing at Reiner.

This was an attack launched using magic props, without warning, and Leslie and others had no time to stop it.

In front of Antoine, a glimmer of light flashed on Snowra's gloves, and the iron wall of Isaris collided with the hot fireball. The sheriff took several steps back to stabilize his body.

On Reiner's side, the green acid came towards him. Reiner tried to retreat, but he still couldn't escape the speed of the acid.

At this moment, Claire stretched out a hand and held a silver pendant tightly in his hand. From above the pendant, a transparent barrier appeared, blocking the acid's pace of progress.

Both attacks were blocked, but Piram had already escaped for quite a distance. Just when Reiner thought Piram was about to escape, Leslie took action.

He raised his right hand and the flintlock gun in his hand immediately fired, but what was sprayed out from the mouth of the gun was not a spark, but a ray of light.
