Episode 40: Separate Gifts
Ximen felt his face a little numb and he turned his eyes unnaturally.
"By the way, after graduation, it seems that you didn't prepare a gift?"
Ximen was stunned. The gifts were given privately to good relationships, and he didn't have a good relationship with anyone, so he either gave them all or didn't give them all, and he didn't have the financial resources.
When he learned that something happened at home, he was not interested in graduation. His classmates usually wanted to come over and get some roasted goods by themselves. He didn't care if he didn't come.
No one else gave anything.
The phone will at least remind me that the battery is insufficient, but some people always leave without saying a word, which makes his heart cold.
Ximen looked at the big bookshelf by the wall. It was originally full of shelves, but now half of them are empty. Some books have never seen again when they are out.
I reached out and prepared to pick a book for Cheng Jiuer.
"I don't want books."
Cheng Jiuer squeezed into the door from him, looked at the room, and pointed to the wall frame by the door: "You have so many hats, give me one!"
Ximen looked back and saw that there were three hats on his face, which were worn frequently before, but they were not old. His mother could tailor the seam and made many baseball hats to protect his head. The appearance looked pretty good, but the shock-proof lining was added to protect it.
"Old." Ximen said softly.
“I like the old ones.”
Cheng Jiuer walked over, picked up her hat and buckled her head, and muttered in a low voice: "It's just right..."
He reached out and turned the hat 180 degrees and released a few strands of hair: "How is it?"
Ximen smiled, raised his hand, turned the hat back, and pressed it lightly.
Cheng Jiuer held the hat and turned back, muttering: "Don't you all turn around! I'm still riding a bike."
Ximen gently pressed her head and turned her hat back again: "Don't be too fast..."
Cheng Jiuer was stunned for a moment, and a smile appeared on the corner of her mouth: "There is still the wind!"
“…”
Cheng Jiuer turned her hat back, put it on the other side, and looked up at Ximen.
"Let's go!" Cheng Jiuer reached out and patted his chest, paused, and said softly, "Goodbye..."
Before Ximen could see the truth, Cheng Jiuer had already left the house.
The little electric donkey was out quickly.
"I really don't want it?" Cheng Jiuer passed the window, stopped, looked at the Ximen inside, bit her lower lip and screamed unwillingly.
Ximen shook his head and waved his hand: "Be careful."
Cheng Jiuer curled her lips and rolled her eyes wide.
A few boys came to the side of the road. Seeing Cheng Jiuer's dark and pretty appearance, they saluted attentively. Someone even whistled to the sky.
Cheng Jiuer snorted coldly and raised her middle finger handsomely.
The small flywheel swung past.
Seeing the tomboy go away, Ximen daidai was stunned for a while, feeling a little uncomfortable inexplicably.
He picked up his notepad and pencil and casually drew a bamboo rat wearing a hat.
Turn around and clean up the house.
First, I slowly finished drinking the ice cream. In the trash can, Ximen thought about it, picked it up and placed it on the table next to the door.
Cheng Jiuer had good intentions, and it was actually to let him take care of old smokers like the doorman and security guards. He understood in his heart.
I picked up the ice cream bag, took it to the bathroom with Baqing's plastic bucket, and took the wooden sticks out of the bag and hung them on the basin. Otherwise, I would not be able to tell whether it was dry or wet garbage.
The towel brought by Cheng Jiuer was not taken away. It was hung on the towel rack with wet ground, dripping with water. I took it down and washed it again, wrung it out and hung it on the windowsill, otherwise it would easily smell.
He also took a mop and dunked the water stains on the floor. He is not only the head of the house of 101, but also the only resident, so he must maintain good hygiene.
