Chapter 65 Meeting

It was almost noon, Mao Shan and Bai Xiaodian appeared in the hall on the first floor of the Second Outpatient Building. The hall was crowded with people.

"Where is the third clinic of surgery?" Bai Xiaodian asked, stopping a young nurse passing by quickly.

"The surgery department is on the second floor. You can go up and read it yourself. It is written on the door sign." The young nurse ran away after saying that.

Going up the stairs, facing the corridor is the corridor. The blue hard plastic stools on both sides of the corridor are already filled with people. Two or three people who don’t have stools are standing leaning against the wall at the entrance of the clinic, holding the registration form in their hands. Whenever the clinic door is opened, they will stretch their necks and look inside.

Mao Shan and Bai Xiaodian slowly walked past the patients, and were occasionally hit by people passing by. They looked up at the white door signs hanging next to each clinic door.

As she walked, Mao Shan swept over each door sign with her eyes. She stopped at the door of a clinic, and two rows of black bold letters were printed vertically on the door sign:

The third clinic of surgery

Attendant physician: long fish

The clinic door was closed, and several waiting people gathered around the door to wait. There should be a patient in the room asking for consultation. Mao Shan stood at the door and waited quietly. Bai Xiaodian also walked over and stood next to Mao Shan waiting with her.

An aunt stood by the door with her hips on her hips, looked at the two of them who had just come, then turned around, holding her arms and staring at the closed wooden door of the clinic.

A few minutes later, the door opened and a patient came out of the clinic accompanied by his family. Mao Shan rushed to the front and held the door handle, blocked it at the door, and rushed inside with excitement, "Long Fish!"

The person sitting in front of the computer raised his head and saw the slum at the door, a little surprised: "You guys came so early?"

"My cousin is fine for the time being, so we'll come here first. It's still late, it's time to have lunch." Mao Shan couldn't hide his joyful smile.

Changyu raised his hand and looked at the watch, and said apologetically: "I have a few patients here, and it seems that I want you to wait."

"No problem, my cousin and I are waiting outside the door, you don't have to hurry."

"There is a cafe 50 meters left after leaving the hospital, where you can drink and have lunch. Otherwise, you can wait for me there. The hospital has a lot of people and the air is not very good."

"Okay, come here just after you finish your work." Mao Shan smiled at Changyu again and moved her footsteps reluctantly. Before her body could not completely leave the door, the aunt who was standing by the door just now could not wait to squeeze her aside, entered the clinic and closed the door.

There are various shops in a variety of narrow and crowded streets. Colorful signs of all sizes are located one by one, and every corner here seems to be proclaiming to passers-by that I am a prosperous old street.

Maoshan and Bai Xiaodian stood on the sidewalk and saw the dark brown cafe sign in front of him at a glance. The sign was very large, and its fashionable English name was marked with several light brown fine English letters in the same color as the bottom of the sign.

The cafe occupies four shops. In such a place where every inch of land is valuable, such a large store is undoubtedly very conspicuous. Bai Xiaodian pushed open the glass door and found a seat by the window to sit down. Mao Shan followed her and went in.

Bai Xiaodian ordered a latte, asked the waiter for an ashtray, lit a cigarette, and lay leisurely on the soft leather sofa to enjoy the morning.

Maoshan looked at the glass of free lemonade on the table, which was so light that it was not as lemon-flavored as it was, and from time to time, he would look up at the street in the direction of the hospital through the glass window. His deep and dark eyes were wrapped in endless meaning, picking up all her expectations.

After a long time, the thin figure that the slim figure that the slum had been looking forward to finally appeared on the street not far away. The long fish took off his white coat, the beige-colored oblique tight knitted sweater and brown wide-leg pants complement each other, the dark red handbag and wedge-shaped nude boots, the retro tone is both elegant and simple and neat.

The slum's eyes never left her since the squawk appeared on the street. Until the squawk entered the cafe.

"Sorry, I've been waiting for a long time." The sound of the long fish is like a new spring melting in early spring, soft and cool, and every trace is intoxicating.

The waiter at the bar couldn't help but look up to see the owner of the sound. When he saw the woman at the door, his whole soul was sucked over. He only felt that the entire cafe became dull because of the appearance of the woman.

"No, soon." The shank stood up.

Bai Xiaodian wiped out the smoke, nodded at Changyu, moved his butt without any trace, sat in the middle of the sofa, and occupied his place beside him.

The shank sat back on the sofa, and the fish sat down beside her. The waiter came over and poured a glass of lemonade for the fish.

"Miss, do you need something?" The waiter had a very good attitude and handed two thick menus to Changyu.

Changyu took the menu and looked at Maoshan and Bai Xiaodian: "Are you hungry? Do you want to order something?"

"Okay, I'm already hungry!" Bai Xiaodian put his hand on the table, leaned forward on the top of his body, and lay on the table.

"Let's have a meal." Changyu returned the drink menu to the waiter, said politely, and handed the remaining menu to Bai Xiaodian.

The waiter used a small notebook to record the meal ordered by the three of them and walked away.

"How is Changyu doing recently?" Bai Xiaodian moved his butt again and changed to a more comfortable position.

"Good."

"I'm not harassed by anyone anymore, are you? Haha~" Bai Xiaodian knew very well that the two people sitting opposite were all dull. While trying to adjust the atmosphere, he poked the shank with his toes, hinting that she would say something quickly.

"Xiaodian...you kicked me." Changyu picked up the water cup and took a sip. A faint smile spread in her eyes.

"Ah...my feet have been cramping recently! Haha, I'm sorry..." Bai Xiaodian grabbed her pants tightly, and the fabric on her thighs was almost twisted out of water.

"Lin Lang came to work yesterday, but he didn't seem to know that there was something wrong with the house in the suburbs." Changyu put down the water cup and looked at Bai Xiaodian.

"Why do you still believe that liar?" Bai Xiaodian punched the tabletop, and the flat tablecloth instantly arched several curved folds.

"It doesn't look like he's lying."

"Then look at me, guess what I'm thinking now!" Bai Xiaodian stared at her eyes, stretched her neck, and put her face in the middle of the table.

"You are thinking that I can't tell right from wrong, and I can't see people's hearts clearly," Changyu looked at Bai Xiaodian, turned his head, and said, "You are still thinking, if I say it right, just make up a reason to fool me, and I'm not right if I bite you to death."

"..." Bai Xiaodian's small abacus was hit by Changyu, without saying a word, retracted his neck, lowered his head and sipped his coffee.

"Xiaodian, I know you are worried about me. Don't worry, I will be careful."

"I am not the one who is worried about you." Bai Xiaodian stood up, leaned against the sofa, and glanced at the shingle.

Changyu looked at Bai Xiaodian's eyes. When her gaze fell on the face of the shank, her heart seemed to be scratched by a cat, suddenly tightened, and then let go.

She didn't say anything, and suddenly the two of them looked at it like this. She was at a loss. She was completely immersed in the long fish's every move. She occasionally smiled faintly or swayed long hair, like a fragrant spring breeze, blew straight into her heart.

Maishan rubbed her nose with her fingers, looked at the ceiling, sat upright, and turned toward the fish again: "Changyu, you seem to be very busy lately?"

"It's okay, it's always like this." Changyu looked at Mao Shan, as if expecting her to say something else, but Mao Shan turned her head, her eyes were dark and she continued to stare at the table, without any intention of continuing to speak.
