Chapter 12 The Fallen Giant

To be honest, only madmen would think of fighting such a behemoth in close combat, but I know that this is the best way to deal with it.

"Come on, big man!" I kept waving the warhammer made of flames, while making my voice sound as contemptuous as possible, hoping to incite the spirits of the forest.

As I expected, this forest spirit with a low IQ quickly became angry. Its attacking tricks were very simple - except to hit the ground with your hands, you would sweep from left to right, or from right to left with your hands.

Apart from this, it does not have any other fighting skills. When it is angry, it will lift its bulky foot and stomp it hard on us.

This is also the main reason why I angered it - this big guy does look stupid, but his combat instinct is not bad. If you underestimate it after listening to our description, you will suffer a great loss.

It obviously also knows that when it lifts one of its feet, it is full of flaws. So it rarely uses its feet to attack me or Sarah unless it is completely angered.

"Come on, I'm waiting for you here?" The simple provocation did not seem to make this already manic guy even more angry. In desperation, I had to do something even more excessive.

I condensed two fireballs the size of human heads and hit it hard on its ugly face. Mars scattered with the roar, and some unprotected areas on its ugly face soon burned.

"Damn it!"

The ignition of his face obviously angered the big man to a great extent. He waved his head and stood up clumsily from the river beach, no longer trying to dig through the frozen river, and turned around and ran towards me.

Oh my God, I have to say that it is still quite powerful when it runs. The body made of wood falls together. Every time it takes a step, the earth will shake, and the surrounding trees begin to sway continuously.

"quack!"

The violent vibration scared the creatures in the forest. A large group of crows quickly emerged from the forest in the distance. They made an unknown cry and flew into the distance with their wings.

"Roar!" The forest spirit raised its right arm irritably - the big trees in the forest were all affected, and the thick arms easily broke all the branches blocking it in front of it. The broken branches fell on the grass like rain. Even the originally airtight flocks of leaves were blown into a big hole by this wave. The moonlight penetrated into the woodland along the hole, making the surrounding environment light up a little.

"Look at you," I stopped, sighed, and shook my head, "You should be the best friend of these trees - the excellent ranger who cares about their growth, the best representative of this forest."

"But now, you're just a monster that can't do anything but destroy. The forest is crying for you, poor guy."

The forest spirit showed a confused look on its face. Its little tortured head obviously could not understand such complicated sentences. I smiled mockingly and raised the hammer again, "I am so stupid. What are you talking about? You can't understand anything."

"Go to die! The bug!"

The spirit of the forest rushed to me, like a wall suddenly rising in front of me, all the light disappeared, and I was shrouded in a thick shadow - that was the shadow of the body of the spirit of the forest.

In front of me was its torso as wide and tall as a wooden wall. It was like the clumsy warrior, and his arm that was holding his fists hard and smashed it hard at me.

Well, for others, this move may be too clumsy, but for it, this move has its own uses - its hands are really too big.

"Damn it," I looked at two fists as big as a rock pressing towards me with great oppression, and I was scared into cold sweat. I was not Sarah, and I didn't have the earth-based rune technique that was harder than a turtle shell. Maybe he could survive such an attack, and I would definitely be smashed into meat paste.

But Sarah is a fool. He must have never seen the legendary hero Goliath kills the giant David. It is actually very simple to deal with the attack of this behemoth. You just need to drill into its crotch to solve all problems. Although this sounds a bit indecent.

I held the war hammer and rushed forward with my head in my mouth. Fortunately, the body of the forest spirit was too large, and I quickly rushed to its crotch. Well—a place similar to that under the crotch.

Everything was as I expected. This place was the dead corner of the forest spirit attack. Obviously, its flexibility was not as flexible as that of humans, so it could not directly attack me with its hands.

If you don't believe it, you can stand up and try it yourself. Have you noticed it? If your fist wants to hit the ground between your feet, your waist is bent very low - and this happens to be the weakness of the forest spirit.

Then the second question follows - if your waist is so sick that it cannot bend, what method would you choose to kill an ant or a cockroach under your feet?

You should have the answer, guys. Of course, it's with your feet, what's more convenient than this?

The Forest Spirit quickly raised its left foot, and the crunching sound from the movement of the wood came into my ears. I raised my head and saw the Forest Spirit whose left foot was slowly lifting up - this is the opportunity I have been waiting for!

I don't know how other giant creatures are, but judging by the difficult and slow movements of the Forest Spirit, maintaining balance is obviously not a relaxing thing for it.

"It's now!" This thought passed by my mind like lightning. I raised the hammer and ran towards its other foot as fast as I could in my life.

This is what I want to do, gentlemen! I swung the hammer hard, and the blunt round hammer surface hit the right foot of the forest spirit. The strange tree shell attached to the surface of the body quickly shattered. The inside part also collapsed in large patches, and the wood chips flew open.

This part is not so comfortable for me, and the wood chips that fly away are full of strength. If I can't dodge, there will be a blood mark on my face - it is the marks left by the wood chips on me.

In addition, my hand was also hurt by the recoil force, and my tiger's mouth was even more likely to crack, and many capillaries had broken.

Before I could adjust my posture or take a break, the forest spirit's feet were raised high - I let out a cathartic roar, waved the war hammer again, and hit the wound on its right leg heavily.

The sound of cracking sounded again, and more wood chips flew out. My tiger's mouth could no longer bear the pressure and completely cracked. The blood quickly soaked my hands - this was not good news. The weapon soaked in blood would become slippery. I had to pay two to three times the strength to hold it firmly in my hand.

"The bleeding must be stopped first." I looked at the forest spirit. Its movements might be extremely slow, but it would not be too difficult for ordinary people to lift a foot, which is something that ordinary people can do in one second.

I obviously have no time to treat the wound properly.

I gritted my teeth and held the warhammer with only one hand. The liberated left hand pulled out a small ball of flame from the void.

This method may hurt, but it will definitely work.

I gritted my teeth and put the flames to the wound of the tiger's mouth. The flames that were clearly ordered were no longer the same form that would not hurt me. They began to burn my right hand, accompanied by waves of white mist rising, and the sizzling sound kept ringing in my ears.

The tiger's mouth on the right hand quickly became a little charred, and the wound was completely sealed by the flames - such a mild burn was obviously much better than continuing to bleed. It just hurts a little.

There was a strong smell of blood in the air. After dealing with the injury of my right hand, I followed the tiger's mouth in my left hand, and there was another piercing pain. To be honest, it felt really uncomfortable to burn myself with flames.

But the effect of doing this was also very obvious - my hands were no longer bleeding, and although there was a scent of meat mixed with the disgusting and strange smell of blood in the air, at least I was able to pick up the warhammer again.

"Break it for me!" With the determination to look at death, I waved the war hammer for the third time, and life and death were already put aside by me. At this moment, there was only one thing left in my heart, one goal - that was to break this damn wooden leg.

The wood chips collapsed and sparks splashed everywhere, burning black. The carbonized parts obviously could not bear such damage. They quickly broke into small pieces of charcoal and fell to the ground.

"Squeak-Click!"

A strange sound came, and I cheered up and looked at my right leg that was still burning. The forest spirit's right calf had been smashed by me by three quarters, and the remaining quarter obviously could not bear its weight, especially at the embarrassing moment when its left foot was hanging in the air.

Under the action of instinct, the creature quickly discovered something wrong. It tried to put its left foot down again, but it was too late. The click just now was like a signal. After a brief silence, its right leg made a sour squeak, and then broke from its most vulnerable place.

There were flying wood chips everywhere, many of which hit me and my face, adding some new scars to me.

But I no longer cared. I threw down the warhammer and laughed loudly to express my excited and proud emotions.

The forest spirit whose foot broke can no longer control its balance. It waves its hands like a drowning person, but still cannot change the fact that it is slowly pouring down to the right and falling down.

I picked up the war hammer, carried it on my shoulders, and smiled at the forest spirit that was slowly falling down in front of me. At this point, I finally felt more relaxed.

"The tree fell down" I made a long and long shout like a lumberjack when he cut down a tree. The spirit of the forest landed on the ground with a loud shout, just like a real big tree.

The grass was crushed by her body, the soil underneath was bulging high, dust and small stones in the soil splashed everywhere, and after a roar, everything was settled.

But this big guy obviously didn't want to give up just like that. He looked at me and roared angryly, and his hands were still dancing awkwardly, as if he was about to crawl towards my position.

Unfortunately, it is not a human, and its hands cannot operate as fine as humans.

Every time it waved its hands, it could only leave another big pit on the ground, leaving a new wound to the forest, but it could not go further. I looked at it with a smile, slowly climbed a huge rock in front of it, and then condensed a fiery longbow again.

It's too unwise to fight with it now, but fortunately, Sarah taught me this - I don't need to shoot it to death with one arrow, but I can at least destroy its hands with this method.

The Rockets flew out one by one. To be honest, this was a very boring process. I probably understood what kind of mentality Goliath, the hero who defeated the giant David, had in the last period of time.

These giants may be extremely powerful and tall, but clumsy is their biggest enemy.

As I thought about this, another arrow shot out, and the poor man's left arm made a crisp sound and fell down - it seemed that it could not hold on.

I don't know if it has blood or something like that, for life-sustaining fluids, but I think there should be one - after breaking one hand and one foot, it became obviously sluggish.

Not long after, its right arm also faced the same fate as its left arm. Two thick arms were burning on the ground, and the rising flames almost illuminated half of the sky.

"Okay, it's time to end," I jumped off the stone, pulled out a javelin, and cutting my head with the javelin might be a bit inconvenient, but this is the most powerful rune technique in my hand.

The spirit of the forest obviously knew that his death was approaching. When it looked at me, it suddenly made a whimpering sound similar to a whine, and its eyes were filled with fear.

"If you want to blame, blame Strad," I sighed, and threw the javelin vigorously. The sharp javelin easily pierced its neck. After a burst of explosions, its ugly wooden head officially separated from its neck.

"Okay," I walked to the head and lifted it up hard, "Lagotilla should be satisfied."

I hummed a song, carried this heavy and ugly head, and walked slowly back along the way I came.

I quickly returned to the battlefield before and found Sarah under the tree. He was already asleep, with a calm smile on his face, and I thought he had a good dream.

I looked at his smiling face and couldn't bear to wake him up, but we should go.

"Ahem," I coughed twice, squatted down, and shook his shoulder hard, "If you still want to go back to the warm tent, wake up quickly, my dear friend."

"Hmm!" Sarah opened her eyes suddenly, and her short red hair shook.

His hand immediately touched the hilt of the broken steel sword on his back. After seeing it clearly that it was me, he took his hand back and let out a big sigh, "It's you, Hill, my God, am I actually asleep?"

"Yes," I looked at him with a funny look, throwing the forest spirit's head in front of him, "Look, this is my gift to you."

"Hey, you did it!" Sarah was a little dismissive at first, but when he saw something on the ground, he stood up and looked at me excitedly, "How are you?" he asked anxiously, "Is there any place you are injured?"

"Hehe, don't be nervous," I quickly reached out and pressed it, "I'm fine, look," I turned around in front of him, "It's just that the tiger's mouth of both hands is a little fragrant - I have to find a way to stop the bleeding urgently."
