46 Advanced Transfiguration(1/2)

The magic power was drained away in an instant.

Blood spurted out high and splashed all over Hoffa's head. The dark wizard who grabbed Hoffa staggered back and fell to his knees with a plop. The wand fell limply from his right hand.

He desperately touched his chest, only to find that there was also a huge crack in his neck. A huge wound stretched from his lower abdomen to his forehead, cutting his face diagonally in half.

He stared at Hoffa with his only eye, and his lips opened and closed, but he could only make a whooshing sound.

The feeling of losing his magic power made Hoffa's lips turn pale. He stumbled up and stepped back, leaning against a tree trunk to prevent himself from falling.

"waste."

Schmidt did not retreat but advanced. He kicked his injured companion away and pointed directly at Hoffa: "Cut out the bones!"

Cruel red light shot out.

Hoffa's pupils shrank to pinpoints, but at this moment, he didn't want to flinch at all. After overcoming his fear, an inexplicable strength in his bones supported him and stood up.

He looked at Schmidt, spat on the ground, and then dragged the knife and rushed forward to face the Cruciatus Curse.

Even if it means death, the opponent must be hacked to death first.

Schmidt didn't expect a boy to be so fierce, but he had no intention of giving in and stood there with a cold expression.

Hoffa raised his knife.

The curse made his face turn red.

But at this moment, an old oak tree next to him suddenly came to life.

It pulled out its gun from the ground, jumped up and landed between Hoffa and Schmidt. Two huge branches crossed.

The Cruciatus Curse was completely blocked by the huge tree trunk.

Hoffa hit the tree trunk with a bang, and was badly injured.

Schmidt put down his wand and took a step back slowly.

Hoffa looked a little pale and turned around to take a look.

But he saw an old man in gray robe standing at the entrance of the Forbidden Forest. He was tall and had an auburn beard.

It turned out to be Dumbledore.

Schmidt's face was expressionless. He raised his wand decisively, and a blue electric light shot at Dumbledore. Dumbledore twirled his cloak and disappeared.

In the blink of an eye, he appeared behind Schmidt, and the surrounding trees came to life. Wherever he stepped, trees sprouted from the ground.

The huge oak man slowly placed Hoffa on the ground, and then pressed it with one hand.

Countless branches crackled into the ground and began to grow wildly. As the soil surged, countless small tree people emerged from the ground.

They held wooden swords and their eyes emitted a green light.

Those moving groups of tree people surrounded Schmidt, and the water on the inner and outer three floors was blocked.

Scenes like this make Hoffa's heart beat wildly. This is the art of transformation!

Schmidt narrowed his eyes and said softly: "Albus Dumbledore."

"It's me. I really didn't expect you to be so impatient." Dumbledore said calmly, "The war hasn't even started yet. Are you in a hurry to go to prison?"

As he spoke, he waved his wand lightly.

Golden light burst out, the night was as bright as day, and the magical power fluctuating in the air made Hoffa's scalp numb after hiding behind the tree man.

Under that spell, Schmidt looked solemn and waved his magic wand.

Rows of metal shields appeared in front of him, but the rows of shields could not prevent the golden light from penetrating through.

At the critical moment, Schmidt reached out and grabbed Aglaia, who was unconscious by the tree.

He used Aglaia as a human shield.

Dumbledore immediately waved his wand upwards.

The extremely penetrating golden curse made a turn, cut off several thick tree trunks in succession, and disappeared into the forbidden forest.

"Schmidt, have you fallen to this point? It's really a pity!" Dumbledore said with emotion, "I think you were cuter before."

"For a bright future, necessary personal sacrifices are indispensable." Schmidt said calmly, "Only by abandoning the old self can we embrace a bright new life. Don't you understand this?"

Dumbledore sighed.

"Yes, I understand. But coming to Hogwarts with two companions and a bunch of magical creatures is a bit too arrogant."

After saying that, he waved his magic wand like lightning.

A sharp stone wall on the ground shot out from bottom to top, and the cutting surface was like a blade, cutting off Schmidt's arm in the blink of an eye.

Schmidt's arm and Aglaia flew high into the air. Dumbledore opened his arms, grabbed his wand with one hand, and grabbed the unconscious Aglaia with the other.

Schmidt, who had lost his arm, smiled slightly, turned around and ran away without hesitation.

On the ground, vines sprouted out crazily, tightly tying Schmidt into a rice dumpling.

In less than a few seconds, it was all over.

Of course, this was just Hoffa's idea. After Dumbledore slowly put Aglaia down, his expression showed no signs of relaxing at all.

Schmidt, who was entangled in the vines, suddenly twisted and collapsed. In Hoffa's shocked eyes, he turned into a transparent, soft multi-tentacled jellyfish, paralyzed on the ground.

Apart from this, there is nothing else.

"Stand-in jellyfish." Dumbledore muttered and put down his wand.

"I should have thought of it earlier."

Then, he put away his wand, hugged Aglaia and came to Hoffa's side.

At this moment, Hoffa's worried heart finally fell. The arrival of Dumbledore relieved him of the crisis of death. But at the same time, it also brought another crisis.

What punishment will he face if he enters the Forbidden Forest?

Will you be fired?

Dumbledore stood in front of Hoffa, looking down at him with a pair of blue eyes. He didn't speak for a while. His expression made Hoffa feel uncomfortable.

"Very brave, but also reckless. I really didn't expect to meet you here." Dumbledore said slowly.

Hoffa didn't know how to explain it and was speechless.

Dumbledore asked sternly, "Do you still have the strength?"

Hoffa nodded silently.

"Take her back and go to the campus hospital to find Dr. Reiner. I'll handle things here."

After speaking, he handed the unconscious Aglaia to Hoffa.

Five minutes later.

Hoffa carried the unconscious Aglaia panting out of the Forbidden Forest and walked towards the school castle.

Along the way, he saw the castle was brightly lit. The deans of each college quickly rushed to the scene of the incident with their faculty and prefects.

Hoffa saw Professor Mellors of Gryffindor, Slughorn of Slytherin, and Professor Hebrough of Hufflepuff. Only he did not see Professor Gorshak, nor did he see

Go to Principal Dippet.

Hoffa bypassed the crowd and carried Aglaia back to the castle through the path.

On the lawn inside the castle, students from various houses laughed and joked with each other, enjoying their leisure time at the end of the day.

The air is filled with the faint scent of flowers and dead grass, and the cool breeze blows in the late autumn night, which is in sharp contrast to the thrilling tragedy outside.

They had no idea what was happening in the Forbidden Forest, and they had no idea that an entire tribe of centaurs had been slaughtered less than twenty kilometers away from them.

But their happiness could not infect Hoffa. Hoffa was filled with worries. He didn't know what was happening to Joey. He didn't know what would happen to Aglaia, let alone where his fate would lead.

The campus hospital has a dedicated tower, which is far away from the main building. It is on the east side of the castle.

When Hoffa walked to the campus hospital, his legs were already weak from exhaustion. Due to the overdraft of magic power, his head was in severe pain as if it had been split open by a giant axe.

Fortunately, the nurse at the school hospital had already received the news in advance and ran over to pick him up from a distance.

In his previous life, he only knew that there was Madam Pomfrey as the school nurse at Hogwarts, but Hoffa has not seen her now. Maybe Mrs. Pomfrey is still studying, or still interning in a certain hospital.

The person in charge of the school hospital now is a tall old man named Reiner, with gray hair and wearing a mask.

He just touched Aglaia's breath, then turned to the nurse and said: "Prepare an isolation room, bring these two people in, disinfect and check."

"I wasn't poisoned," Hoffa said.

But Dr. Reiner paid no attention to him and just glared at him.

After undergoing a series of embarrassing disinfection and physical examinations, Hoffa was placed in a public ward.

He didn't suffer much physical damage, but the real damage was to his spirit. The morbid excitement caused by the continuous overdraft of magic power made it impossible for him to sleep peacefully for two days.

In the past two days, he had a good understanding of what it meant to feel lonely. In his previous life, he would get hurt even if he saw Harry, but every time he got hurt, a large group of friends would come to see him.
