The meeting is over, and so is my weekend...

Yesterday I had a meltdown in the meeting, and I had a headache and nausea.

I went to bed at 19:00 Tanzania time yesterday and slept until 02:30 in the morning...

After playing with my phone for a while, I went to sleep at 04:00 and woke up at 07:00.

Then today's meeting had just ended, and I was still feeling dizzy and nauseous.

I wore my shirt all day and sat dry for seven or eight hours in an outdoor temperature of over 30 degrees.

Now, the meeting is over, my weekend, and my little New Year are also over.

Uncomfortable.

I don't have time to type.

I feel very sad.

I can only continue to take leave today.
