12. It turned out to be at 2

Liu Ge, who came out with water, watched her holding something he had knitted, poured the water, and walked over.

Seeing him coming, she stood up and looked at him with a smile.

"Your workmanship is really good. This knitting is very beautiful." She didn't lie. The things he knitted were indeed very good.

When his wife praised him, he would hold his hair and laugh.

Seeing that he only smiled stupidly, she glared at him.

"You just know how to giggle. We are obviously the same people, but why are they so different?"

She sighed and shook her head in confusion.

He heard what the lady said, "Why are two people so different when they are obviously the same?" and he didn't understand, so he looked at the lady.

"Madam, what two people are the same?" He looked at her and asked in confusion.

She was stunned for a moment and shook her head.

"It's nothing. Why did you make this up?" she asked, deliberately changing the subject.

He sat down and continued to weave, while answering his wife's words.

"I made up this to sell. My family is running out of food. I will exchange the money for food and bring it back."

It turned out that she wanted to exchange it for money. After hearing what he said, she wanted to ask him something.

"You didn't grow any crops?"

She thought that people like him should be able to farm.

He raised his head and looked at the lady, and then thought that the lady had lost her memory now and couldn't remember anything. Naturally, she didn't know that she didn't grow crops.

"No, my father never let me work in the fields. After my father left, I tried, but there was no harvest. I didn't plant anything. I learned this weaving craft from others, but I could only make enough to eat."

Hearing this, she was speechless. If the rural people did not farm, they would starve to death. Why was she so poor now?

When he saw his wife's expression changing, he became cautious.

"Madam, don't worry, I won't let you go hungry, you trust me."

As she watched him beg her, her compassion began to overflow.

"What did you say? I didn't say anything. I just asked, are our fields still there?" she asked.

When the lady asked about the fields, he nodded, but looked a little embarrassed.

"What's wrong?" she asked when she saw his strange expression.

He looked at the lady squeaking.

"They are all deserted and overgrown with grass."

She sighed. This was another problem. She had never farmed before. She thought it would be easy to grow vegetables. If she wanted to grow vegetables and sell them, she could use the money to buy food.

But I don’t know if vegetables can be grown on the barren land.

He saw that his wife was in a daze and didn't speak, so he didn't dare to call her. So he lowered his head to weave his own basket.

She thought for a while and finally decided to give it a try. Now she was a little tired and her body had not recovered yet. She looked down at him.

"I'm going to bed." Speaking of going to bed, she remembered a question. She wouldn't want to sleep with him at night!

Hearing that the lady said she was going to rest, he nodded and said "Okay". Then when he saw that the lady had not returned to the room, he raised his head and looked at her.

"Madam, what's wrong? Didn't you say you were going to rest?"

She looked at him and smiled.

"You know, I have lost my memory and I am like a stranger to you, so from now on we sleep separately, do you think it's okay?"

He scratched his head and looked at the lady with a frown.

Seeing him frowning, she thought he disagreed, so she was about to say something, but he interrupted her before she could say anything.

"We originally slept separately."

After he finished speaking expressionlessly, he lowered his head and started doing his work. He originally thought that if the lady lost her memory, he might be able to sleep with her. But he didn't expect that the lady would still be like this after losing her memory.
