Completed, relaxed!
It has been two and a half years since the book was issued on May 28, 2019 to the completion of the book on December 31, 2021.
Due to personal reasons during this period, there are basically no updates in 2021. I’m sorry to everyone here.
Thank you very much for your unyielding ruthless people for so many years. Thank you for your support!
I am very satisfied with the results of this book. I remember that the first subscription was 1,400 when it was put on the shelves. The orders were over 10,000 yuan in half a year. As of the end of the book, the orders were 12,332. The maximum subscription for a single chapter was 30,318.
There were a lot of orders for overseas parts later, and the orders for the highest orders were about 14,000.
I am very satisfied. The first book is ordered for more than 10,000 yuan. In my opinion, it is basically a book called "The Legend of God"!
The book is not in a hurry, and it is not a bad end for me. I have written everything I should write. The protagonist has been over 100 years old, and he can't write it for review reasons later.
In general, this book has written the politics, military, economy, science and technology, culture of the Ming Dynasty, as well as the historical development of China and foreign countries throughout the 17th century.
In fact, by Chapter 1047, "Global Deployment" is already completed, and the second time traveler is written later.
As early as when the book was updated in the first volume, I said that I wrote novels mainly to learn and have a deeper understanding of this history.
Therefore, regarding historical figures, whether they are temperament or characteristics, I try to refer to the description and evaluation of official history. I basically don’t write about those evil things, such as the evil saying of Eunuch Wei’s immortality and the Ming Dynasty’s immortality...
(Of course, there is no strong evidence to mention the statement that Zheng He went to America in this book, and it is a non-historical mainstream view)
Most of the plots written in this book are referenced by historical events. Even the supporting characters such as Li Tingbiao and Yang Qili also used the names of the anti-Qing martyrs in the late Ming Dynasty, and were mostly heroes of the Tianwu clan...
There are some war scenes in the book, the strategies and tactics of both sides, especially those in the overseas chapter. I also refer to some famous wars in history and are not making up for it.
In short, establish a mainstream historical view for readers.
I don't like some novels or films and TV series to use unofficial history, such as Zhu Yuanzhang killing Xu Da, Fang Xiaoru was killed by ten clans, and Eunuch Wei served the country and the people...
It's pure nonsense, and misleading people's children with unofficial history!
Two years ago in the historical author group, an author actually told me that if the crown prince of Emperor Apocalypse Zhu Cijiu is not dead, he will be the greatest emperor. (I was frightened and died in the Great Bang of Apocalypse)
I asked him why, and he said that Eunuch Wei was assisting him.
I was stunned at that time. I wondered who made Eunuch Wei so amazing, and I didn’t read historical materials when writing novels?
Later I realized that times have changed. Eunuch Wei, Li Hongzhang, Cixi, and Qing Dynasty. Now anyone can wash it!
In my opinion, this is irresponsible to readers. Those who understand just smile when they read it, but what if those teenagers are watching it? The first impression is that these are all "capable people"!
Perhaps some people may say: Author, your book is suspected of being the one who is cleaning Chongzhen!
Then I can tell you that Chongzhen in my book, whether in terms of personality or handling, is available for historical information.
And how many of those who criticize Chongzhen can provide historical evidence?
The mainstream view in the historical world is that "Chongzhen cannot remedy the danger because of his weak power."
Even the three Qing emperors, Shunzhi, Kangxi and Qianlong, all commented on Chongzhen in a pertinent manner, which was not the emperor's fault.
Kangxi once said: "The world of Ming Dynasty was destroyed by Wanli, Taichang and Tianqi dynasties. Emperor Min (Chongzhen) ascended the throne. He worked hard to govern, but the situation was worth nothing. The fall of Ming Dynasty was not the fault of Emperor Min.
When I was young, I saw many elders from the Ming Dynasty. I knew that the events in the late Ming Dynasty were the most important. It was not believed in the unofficial history. Emperor Min (Chongzhen) should not discuss the same with the king who lost his country.”
It can only be said that Chongzhen was not lucky and had insufficient ability, rather than being a foolish emperor, who helped him out.
If it weren't for the hard work of Chongzhen in the 17th year, the Ming Dynasty would have been dead, and it would have been three to five years.
In my eyes, Emperor Chongzhen was the last backbone of the Han dynasty. He perfectly interpreted the kings of the Ming Dynasty to die in the country, and those who blacked him were nothing more than Hei Yuefei, Qi Jiguang, and Zheng Chenggong.
Some people are employed by anti-China forces. What they want to destroy is not these historical figures, but the strong cultural identity, national consciousness and fighting spirit condensed behind these historical figures!
......
Okay, I have mentioned so much about Chongzhen, mainly because I want to say that I will write about the Southern Ming Dynasty in the next book. The protagonist will also write about Chongzhen in the 14th year of Chongzhen...
Why do you still write about the Chongzhen period?
The main thing is to think that the protagonist will develop for two years first. (The protagonist starts with a military household, coordinates to Yangzhou Prefecture, Nanzhili)
Otherwise, if the Nanming starts directly, everything will be too late! No matter how big the matter is, I can only run all the way!
The decades of history from the late Ming Dynasty to the Southern Ming Dynasty were mainly concentrated in the 14th year of Chongzhen to the seven or eight years of Dorgon's death. It was too late to enter the venue, and it was too late to be beaten throughout the whole process.
The new book "Huangming" will be released at the end of the month, and I will publish a chapter for the promotion of the new book.
Chapter completed!
