I am here to tell you that it is right to pay off the debts in advance, and then to replenish the treasury and gather noble people, or to eliminate disasters and solve problems. This is correct.

If the debt is not repaid, the effectiveness of other rituals will be compromised.

But if the economic conditions are not good, then focus on the most important thing first. For example, if a beggar is barefoot and hungry, do you think he should eat first or buy shoes first?
