Chapter Eighteen(1/2)

Chapter 18: First Level of Full Realm

At the west wall, the old beggar had his back to this side, sticking his butt out, and was pouring the medicinal liquid into a broken porcelain bowl on the ground next to him.

As he fell, he blew white steam that covered his eyes.

Mo Yu walked up to him, looked at the old beggar's movements, his eyes softened, and he bent down to take the medicine pot from the old beggar's hand.

"Let me do it."

Unexpectedly, the old beggar raised his head and glared at Mo Yu, then pushed Mo Yu away with his shoulder.

He yelled in displeasure: "They are making such a mess one by one. Before they feel better, they run out and wander around."

"Before, it was a small show of prowess. I had to personally pour the medicine for him, Brother Mo Yu, but in the end, my hands were burned, right? Now it's a big show of indifference, and it will cause trouble for the old man and me."

Cursing, he poured out the medicine in his hands, then took the lid to cover the medicine pot, stood up and put it aside.

"Brother Mo Yu."

Next to Beggar, he carefully pulled Mo Yu's sleeves and explained, "Don't blame grandpa, he doesn't mean any harm."

Mo Yu's eyes trembled and he blinked quickly to hide the dryness in his eyes.

He was not an elm, so how could he not know the caring meaning in the old beggar's words? Everything was just because he was afraid of tiring himself!

Also, listening to what I just said, the beggar burned his hand trying to pour the medicine for himself.

Mo Yu turned around and touched Beggar's head.

He casually glanced at the opponent's hands from the corner of his eyes, and saw that the fingers on both hands were red and there were one or two fire bubbles.

"Beggar, it hurts a lot."

All the care and distress turned into a light greeting.

After listening to Mo Yu's words, Beggar shrank his hands back, his face turned red and he lowered his head.

Embarrassed, he said softly: "It doesn't hurt, it's just a little hot."

Then he looked erratically in the direction of the old beggar and muttered in a voice that only he could hear, saying that the beggar would not be so useless next time.

Mo Yu pulled a piece of wood to sit on, then pulled another piece to his side, calling to the beggar, "Come, sit down."

The beggar sat next to him obediently, picked up branches from the ground with his little hands, and threw them into the fire.

Mo Yu looked at the steaming liquid on the ground, then turned around and saw the old beggar tinkering with something, and felt warm in his heart.

He took the beggar's right hand, took out four buns wrapped in oil paper from his arms, and handed them over.

"Try the cabbage-flavored buns."

Beggar looked at the bun in front of him in surprise, then looked at Mo Yu with wide eyes.

He stuttered and said: "Brother Mo Yu, you, why didn't you eat? Have you finished eating?"

With both hands, he stubbornly pushed the bun towards Mo Yu's arms, shaking his head like a rattle, and saying no, it was to replenish the body of his elder brother.

The two were in a stalemate for a long time, and the old beggar had already taken care of the medicine pot.

He walked over, grabbed the pushed bun, sat down on the ground, grinned his yellow teeth, raised his hand and threw one into his mouth.

"It's just two broken buns. If you don't want to eat it, give it to me."

He squeaked loudly and proudly frowned at the two of them.

"grandfather!"

The beggar wanted to snatch the bun away, but the old beggar transferred the bun to his other hand so that he could not reach it.

The beggar pouted and muttered, looking really angry.

"Brother Mo Yu is weak and not fully recovered yet. He needs to eat something good."

The old beggar seemed to have heard nothing. He tilted his head to the side and chewed the bun in his mouth, but from beginning to end, he never touched the other buns inside.

Mo Yu had a clear view of all this.

He knew that the old beggar did this just because he didn't want him and the beggar to give in to each other anymore, and he didn't mean to actually rob him.

"Okay, beggar."

Mo Yu patted the beggar's head, and when he saw the old beggar winking at him, he felt clear and said in a low voice: "If you don't eat, you have to finish it for grandpa! As for my body, I'm not as weak as you think."

."

"But,"

Beggar still wanted to defend, but Mo Yu didn't give him a chance. His face darkened and he said seriously: "Why, you don't believe Brother Mo Yu?"

The beggar's face turned pale, and he was so frightened that he quickly waved his hands and said no.

Seeing this, the old beggar grinned happily and handed the bun over again, "Eat it quickly, brat, the cabbage-flavored bun is too unpalatable and doesn't taste like grandpa."

At the same time, I saw him take something out of his arms and found four eggs lying in his hands.

He casually handed two to Mo Yu and two to Beggar, waving his hands and saying,

"It's just cooled down for a while. Let's eat it quickly. They will grow stronger."

The beggar had a bun in his left hand and an egg in his right hand. He stared blankly at the old beggar, his eyes filled with tears.

Mo Yu was also moved in his heart, picked up an egg and handed it to the old beggar.

But the old beggar glared directly, picked up a big white steamed bun from the side, and raised his voice.

Then he picked up his beloved rice wine, took a bite of the steamed buns, drank a sip of the rice wine, and sneered in disdain.

"The brat is still young and doesn't know how it tastes. The old man doesn't like eating those broken eggs. He chokes."

"Also, drink the medicine before taking it."

The old beggar muttered one last time, stood up, walked to the tree, lay down against the tree, drank wine, ate steamed buns, and ignored the two of them.

Mo Yu complexly withdrew his gaze and suppressed the emotion in his heart.

He silently picked up the medicine and drank it all in one gulp, not caring about the pain of the medicine at all.

Mo Yu stopped talking, and Qi'er was too sensible to bother him anymore.

Sitting obediently on the side, he lowered his head and ate, but from time to time his eyes secretly looked at Mo Yu and the old beggar, showing a happy smile.

In silence, the two of them finished their dinner, and then Mo Yu helped the beggar clear away the dishes.

I looked up at the sky, it was already dusk.

I asked the beggar to ask the old beggar to go back to his house to rest, but he was already drunk, stretched out and snoring.

The beggar spread his hands helplessly, went back to the house, took out a tattered robe and put it on the old beggar.

It's hot summer now, and it's not that cold at night, so you don't have to worry about getting cold while sleeping outside.

When everything was over, the two greeted each other and returned to the house.

Mo Yu was lying on the wooden board in the daytime, and Beggar was lying on the grass-covered wooden board not far away, each of them put on their clothes and fell asleep.

It's late at night, the night insects are chirping, and it's past the third watch.

Inside the house, two people were breathing slowly and sleeping lightly. Outside, the old beggar was snoring in his sleep, and the moon was bright and clear in the sky.

Suddenly, a soft sound came from inside the house. Looking for the sound, I saw a black shadow standing quietly in front of the Buddha statue.

After turning to the Buddha statue with gentle hands and feet, he took out a short object at the bottom of the Buddha's seat, put it close to his chest and put it away.

Then, the black shadow came to the beggar and looked at it quietly for a while.

Turning around, he tiptoed outside the yard. When he saw the old beggar snoring like thunder, he shook his head and walked closer, covering the latter's clothes again.

The moonlight was sparkling, and against the moonlight I could see the dark shadow clearly, it was Mo Yu who was already sleeping soundly!

Mo Yu stood up and came to the corner of the courtyard. With a little step, he lightly jumped up the wall and dived deep into the mountain.

The wind and cold had improved yesterday, but I was just a little weak today. Fortunately, I replenished my strength in the evening and my body has completely recovered.

The road at night is not easy to walk, and there are some unknown beasts in the mountains. Even if there is moonlight, we have to be careful.

Mo Yu walked forward and saw the temple turned into a black dot in the distance, and then came to a flat hill.

He stopped and looked around, finding nothing unusual, and then he breathed a sigh of relief.

He raised his head and looked at the hanging moon quietly, his face neither sad nor happy.

After a long time, his eyes sank, his steps quickly opened up the formation, he raised his hands, and his internal energy moved between his palms.

Looking forward, his palms stretched out directly forward, his sleeves were fluttering, and his palms made a dull sound in the air!

His palms turned into claws, his steps drew arcs, and Ling Ran performed a set of smooth palm techniques.

These days, my body has been weak, causing my bones to become stiff, and my skills have not improved.

Next, Mo Yu activated his muscles and bones, and started punching and kicking over and over again, one move after another. The punches were strong and the feet were strong. He didn't seek speed, just stability!

After the punching and kicking, my whole body was soaked with sweat. I looked up at the night sky and saw that it was already past the fourth watch.

Mo Yu took a long breath to calm his breathing, then walked to a tree and jumped onto the branch.
