13, eel(1/2)

Lu Ao and Lin Qiyan went fishing for squid together once, so they were already familiar with each other.

At noon the next day, Lin Qiyan rushed to Lu Ao's house on his motorcycle and asked, "Lu Ao, do you want to come with us to take photos of eels in the evening?"

Monopterus eels come out to move around at night. You can see them clearly by shining a flashlight on them. Just catch them when you see them.

Lu Ao looks at Lin Qiyan.

He stood at the door of Lu Ao's house sweating profusely, his eyes shining, "Come on, the eels are fat now. Once I catch the eels, I will make garlic eels for you to eat. If you are not used to being on camera, I won't take pictures of your face."

"

Lu Ao asked: "Who is there?"

"Originally I'm the only one, but if you come, I'll call Lingong Shang to come with you."

Lu Ao thought about it for a while and agreed.

Lin Qiyan was very happy, "That's it, let's meet at Lingong Merchant at eight o'clock tonight. It may rain this afternoon. Even if it doesn't rain, it will be cool at night, so the harvest should be good."

Lu Ao nodded.

Lin Qiyan reminded, "Remember to bring a bucket and iron pliers. The eel is too slippery and you may not be able to catch it with your hands."

Lu Ao agreed.

Lin Qiyan left in a hurry on his motorcycle again.

At eight o'clock in the evening, Lu Ao arrived at Lingong Merchant on time after having dinner.

Lin Gongshang heard the sound and rushed out with a flashlight, "I'm waiting for you."

"Lin Qiyan isn't here?"

"It should be soon. Let's go find him."

As soon as they walked out of the yard, they saw Lin Qiyan walking over carrying a bucket.

Lin Gongshang shouted: "You invited us to take photos of eels, but you were the last to arrive."

"I just had something to do, so I was delayed for a while." Lin Qiyan looked at his phone. It was not eight o'clock yet, so he didn't say anything. He just set up his phone and said with a smile, "Then I'll start taking pictures."

Lu Ao and Lin Gongshang are both fine.

Linwu Village is a big village, and there are many people who stay in the village.

Compared with Lu Wu Village, which was deserted at night, Lin Wu Village was much better. As they walked along the main road of the village, they could hear the sounds of people watching TV on both sides.

They went to the rice fields to take photos of eels.

It is now the end of May, and the early rice has been planted for quite some time.

The rice fields are full of grass and water, which is a good time to take photos of eels.

Eels like to be active at night, but they are not sensitive to human sounds and light. If you want to catch eels, use lights to illuminate them accurately.

The three of them walked on the ridge of the fields, with Lin Gongshang walking at the front, Lin Qiyan walking in the middle, and Lu Ao walking at the back. Their footsteps made the thin grass rustle, and the flashlight cast spots of light on the rice fields.

Soon, Lin Gongshang made a discovery and whispered to the two people behind him, "There!"

Lin Qiyan quickly pointed the camera at the rice fields.

Under the bright beam of the flashlight, I saw a large eel dormant in the water. Its back was dark yellow and black spots were evenly distributed.

It's the old eel!

The three of them were refreshed.

Lin Gongshang held his breath, raised the iron pliers, and pressed down violently.

With his sharp eyesight and quick hands, he caught the eel in one fell swoop.

This sturdy giant eel refused to give up even after being clamped. Its round body was twisted like a rope under the iron clamps, but it couldn't break free.

This eel is quite fat, about two fingers thick, and is heavy when lifted.

Lin Gongshang displayed it 360 degrees without any blind spots, grinned and said: "I got the first one."

Lin Qiyan urged him, "Let's go, let's go on to the next photo."

Lin Gong merchant stuffed the eel into the bucket he was carrying and continued walking along the field ridge happily.

This time of year is indeed suitable for taking photos of eels. They walked for another five minutes and found three or four eels, each with their own catch.

Lu Ao followed at the back. He didn't have as much chance of spotting the eel as the two of them, but he had the highest success rate. As long as he saw it, the eel couldn't escape his grasp.

After half an hour of catching them, Lu Ao squinted at the thick night and suggested, "Let's catch them separately to be more efficient."

Lin Gongshang was enjoying his capture and said, "That's okay, then the three of us will divide our troops into three groups, one on the left, one on the right and one in the middle."

Lin Qiyan's main purpose of coming out today was to shoot a video. Hearing this, he immediately said: "Then Lu Ao and I will go catch him? I still don't have enough material."

Lin Gongshang was a little depressed, "It's better that we don't separate. I don't want to be alone."

The two looked at Lu Ao, who nodded helplessly, "Let's go together."

Lin Qiyan carried the bucket and got behind him, laughing and saying: "Then let's change places, you go in front!"

Lu Ao was not polite to him and walked to the front.

Seeing that he was inexperienced, Lin Gongshang quickly reminded him, "Lu Ao, please watch your steps. You must be sure to step on a snake."

The weather is getting warmer and snakes are out and about. Being bitten accidentally is no joke.

Lu Ao was not afraid of snakes. He wasn't afraid before, and he was even less afraid now. He just nodded and walked forward.

He could roughly feel where the eel was and just shine a flashlight over it.

Since he took the lead, the three people's efficiency in catching eels has greatly improved.

Lu Ao grabbed the eel quickly and accurately. Often, before Lin Gongshang and Lin Qiyan could see where the eel was, his iron tongs had already caught the eel.

After a while, the bucket Lu Ao brought was half full.

In addition to the eels, he actually caught six or seven loaches, weighing more than half a catty.

"Hey, there's another one over there." Seeing Lu Ao walking over, Lin Gongshang hurriedly lowered his voice to remind him.

Lu Ao raised his eyes to take a look and said, "It's too young, so I won't catch it."

"Is this still young?" Lin Gongshang reluctantly looked away from the eel and said, "The chopsticks have grown."

“Come again next year.”

Lin Qiyan listened to them from behind and acted as a quiet photographer.

Lu Ao walked around the rice fields outside Linwu Village, not only grabbing half of his own bucket, but also grabbing half of the bucket for Lin Gongshang.

Seeing that it was past ten o'clock, Lu Ao took three buckets and divided the eels equally, "I caught them here today, it's time to go back."

After Lin Qiyan finished shooting the scene of dividing the eels, he was busy carrying the bucket to return it to Lu Ao, "You don't need so much. It's just me and my grandma at home. You can take more to eat. You were the one who caught it."

Lin Gongshang also wanted to pour some back for him, "This eel weighs five or six kilograms. My family doesn't need so much, so just keep two kilograms."

When Lu Ao heard this, he was not polite to them. The three of them divided the eels again and returned to Linwu Village with buckets.

Lu Ao's tricycle was parked in front of Lingong Merchant.

When Lin Qiyan said goodbye with the bucket, he reminded: "It is best to raise this eel at home for two days, so that the muddy smell will be less."

Lin Gongshang urged him, "I know, I know, you all should go back early and be careful where you step."

Lu Ao nodded.

Lin Qiyan waved his hand, "Thanks to you today, we have time to go out for supper together. I'll treat you to a drink."

Lu Aodao cut off the conversation and said, "Come to my house. I just invited you with the wine for the last meal."

Lin Gongshang was not polite, "Okay, let's go to your house for a meal when we are free someday."

The three of them exchanged a few words and each went back to his home.

Lu Ao's home was far away, so it took more than five minutes to drive back.

The tricycle's headlights were very bright. Before it reached the door of his house, Lu Ao saw a white figure in front of the yard again, seeming to be looking at his yard with boredom.

It's Songzhou.

Songzhou turned around and saw him. He lifted the thing in his hand from afar and his eyes curled up.

Lu Ao drove over and the car stopped in front of Songzhou, "Good evening."

Songzhou Wenwen greeted him warmly, "Good evening. Sorry, I was delayed because of something during the day, so I came to see you late at night."

Lu Ao opened the door, invited him to come in and sit down, and asked, "What's the matter?"

"Come to give you something." Song Zhou handed the thing in his hand to him.

Lu Ao subconsciously took it. It was a dark green cracked bottle with a big belly and a small mouth and a slender neck. It was cold and heavy in his hands.

Lu Ao was surprised and looked at him with doubts in his eyes.

Songzhou said: "I found a bottle of spiritual wine before. It's good for your health."

Lu Ao was puzzled and thought for a moment, "Is this from the Abnormal Personnel Supervision Agency or——?"
