The restriction on the construction of the Jing'an High-speed Railway is more of a problem of capital, especially when the construction of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway is in real time. If huge investment is needed to build the Jing'an High-speed Railway, the country also needs to consider the investment scale issue.
Since the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway has been confirmed, it is still unknown whether the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, which is obviously less important than the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, can successfully apply for approval. This is the first time that Ling Zhengyue and Zhao Guodong have officially launched the project to operate the project.
The dynamic investment of the Jing'an high-speed railway may exceed 200 billion yuan, which is a very shocking amount, but it will play an unpredictable role in driving the economic development of Hebei, Henan, Hubei and Anhui provinces.
