The modified Kessler tendon suture method has improved it.

After suturing the core of the tendon, use No. 5-0 or No. 6-0 single thread for continuous peripheral suturing around the anastomosis of the broken end to make the repaired broken end of the tendon flat and smooth.

But the modified Kessler tendon suture method that Wei Hong saw today did not include the step of anastomosis around the broken ends. Instead, it directly used multi-strand Kessler modified tendon suture method to suture around the core.
