Chapter 1 Become a Zombie

I am a god! I am also a devil. I yearn for the light that makes me feel at ease, but my heart is in the deepest part of the darkness. I am the only sunspot left in the endless light. I! I am omnipotent! I am everywhere! I am the King of Corpses!

"Oh, let me go, it's over!" Tang Ye opened the window of the rental house with all his strength, and looked at the scene below where people were crowded on the street like a holiday tourist. He let out a cry of sadness. Now, people walking on the street below

It's not a human, it's a man-eating monster!

It has been three days since this disaster broke out. Tang Ye ate half a bowl of instant noodles on the first day. Now he has not eaten for two days. He is so hungry that he does not want to move. He originally wanted to see if the zombies below have been evacuated.

At one o'clock, he went down to get some food, but the bottom was still exactly the same as two days ago!

Tang Ye's eyes were a little desperate. He had finished drinking the only mineral water in the house yesterday. He survived by drinking tap water for the rest of the day. But just this morning, when he went to pick up water from the faucet, he found that it had come out of the tap.

The water has turned brown, and he dare not drink water of this color for fear that he will turn into the monster below. This would be too unfair!

He used up his remaining strength and walked into the toilet, turned on the shower nozzle inside, and found that the water coming down was also brown. He was completely desperate! He lay quietly on the ground, and the roar of the monster upstairs was endless. He needed to go down and fight.

A handful? Get some life-sustaining food, but! He doesn't dare. An ordinary person will shrink back when faced with death, let alone turn into a zombie that only appears in movies.

Tang Ye lay quietly. He could feel his body slowly getting warmer, getting warmer and hotter, and finally became boiling hot.

"Uh-huh~ It feels so uncomfortable! It feels so uncomfortable, I have a fever! I don't want to have a fever, I will die!" He moaned slightly, which eventually turned into a roar. He didn't know what was wrong with him, he just felt very uncomfortable and uncomfortable.

The whole body twisted.

He wanted to sleep, he hadn't eaten in his stomach for a long time, and the throbbing pain of gastric acid corroding the stomach wall spread all over his body! He felt that his consciousness was gradually disappearing, and he was sinking into darkness.

"Are you going to die?" He opened his mouth with difficulty and said to himself. "That's fine, there's nothing to worry about anyway, just die."

Tang Ye is an orphan. He was picked up by the director at the entrance of the orphanage when he was a child. Although he has sound limbs, he still can't understand why his parents abandoned him. He has been living alone in his life and has very few friends. In his twenties, he doesn't even have a single one.

He has never touched a girl's hands, except for one sister whom he has been working to support her in school, but he rarely has contact with this sister.

He was so uncomfortable that he simply closed his heavy eyelids. The roars of the zombies outside became louder and louder, ringing in his ears continuously, occasionally accompanied by the screams of survivors...

I don’t know how much time has passed... Tang Ye opened his eyes again, and the blur in front of his eyes slowly became clear. He was glad that he was fine, and he was a little happy. He quickly climbed up from the bed, feeling something was wrong with his body, and

My head feels a little heavy, the hunger in my stomach has disappeared, and my ears have become particularly sensitive, and I can hear the roar outside.

Tang Ye went to the window and looked at the world outside. It was still the same, with a horde of corpses! He raised his hand to turn on the faucet, but found that his arms were heavy and had no strength, but the strength in his wrists and fingers seemed to be inexhaustible.

, this feeling was very strange, and he didn't think much about it. He just regarded it as a temporary symptom after the fever had just passed, and it disappeared after a while.

After turning on the faucet, the tap water flowing out was still brown. Tang Ye pursed his lips. He didn't know why he didn't care, because he was no longer hungry or thirsty, and he didn't feel the roar of the zombies outside.

It was so scary that he even wanted to go out for a walk and find some food.

He found some cardboard and imitated a scene from the movie Train to Busan, where Uncle Bull wrapped himself tightly in books and went out. The corridor outside was silent, and there were bloodstains on the ground. A shocking murder had occurred.

Such an eerie scene made Tang Ye a little scared, fearing that a zombie would suddenly jump out of an intersection and scare him!

He bravely went down the stairs, but he didn't see that he looked very scary in the mirror at the entrance of the stairs. The floor where Tang Ye lived was on the third floor. After going down this floor, he went to the third floor. He planned to go directly to the bottom of the building.

, there were too many zombies down there, and he wanted to see if there was anything to eat in other residents.

As soon as Tang Ye arrived at the third floor and entered from a corner, he saw a staggering zombie with flesh and blood on its face walking towards him. Tang Ye was startled and ran towards the fourth floor quickly.

When he came up, he found that the zombie was not chasing him. He couldn't help but feel strange. Every zombie he saw these days would chase a living person like a mad dog, but this one didn't chase him.

Tang Ye went down the stairs again and saw the zombie looking at him. His heart tightened and he wanted to run away. However, the next second he saw that the zombie did not chase him, but walked back and disappeared.

In the corridor, Tang Ye felt more and more strange and went straight down to the third floor to look for the zombie.

He looked at the zombie's back and said hello.

"Hoho~"

"What's going on? Huh? How could I be like this?" Tang Ye made a hoarse voice like a zombie. His heart was in confusion. He felt that this was an illusion and opened his mouth to greet the zombie again.

"Hoho~" It was still the same sound, and Tang Ye panicked. He tried to speak normal words, but it was like his neck was stuck by something, and he could only make a "hoar" sound.

The zombie walked back and forth unconsciously, and sometimes made the same roar as Tang Ye. Tang Ye seemed to realize something and hurriedly ran up to the fourth floor and stood in front of the mirror at the top of the stairs.

He was startled by his own appearance. At this time, his skin turned gray-white, with some flesh detached, revealing scarlet tissue. His eyes turned white, without pupils, and he stared blankly in the mirror.

Own.

"Roar~" He let out a dull roar. He didn't know how he turned into a zombie. He had obviously never been bitten or scratched by a zombie? But he turned into a zombie like this.

Three days ago, the sky around the world turned blood red, and black rain began to fall. People who were caught in the rain turned into zombies. Tang Ye was eating instant noodles and making jokes one day. He was very lucky that he did not go out and was not caught by the black rain.

Get rained on.

It felt very strange to become a zombie. He was top-heavy and his teeth were as if they were coated with 502 glue. He was very uncomfortable. Tang Ye carried his body downstairs and saw the zombie appearing in front of him again. His heart skipped a beat.

An unknown fire burst out from the child.

"Damn zombie!" Tang Ye rushed towards it, raised his heavy arm and punched the zombie.

boom!

The zombie fell to the ground with a crash, and Tang Ye still felt uneasy. He raised his hand and violently tore off a piece of flesh on its face, and spurted out disgusting yellow blood.
