A monthly ticket of 100 will add one more chapter. Recommendation votes will be counted on a weekly basis. There are no more chapters per week. The upper limit is three chapters. 1,000 recommendation votes will add one more chapter. The cap is 3,000. There will be an extra chapter next week.
