8. Sangtian Brocade Workshop

The plaque in Yangzhou's military government office has been replaced, and the new one is filled with six gilded words "Huaihai Xingzhongshu Province".

Cai Fengyuan, Guo Zaizhen and others were the chief and deputy Xuanfu envoys of the Wuyi Army, Xu Si was the Xuanfu envoy of the garrison army, and Gu Xiu was the Sima of the Wuyi Army. In the yamen, Han Yu automatically removed the role of Jiangdu County Magistrate and Shogunate Promoter, and was promoted to the right commander of the provincial right commander. Han Yu was excited when he thought that he was a rank officer in his early thirties.

As for Pei Du, he was promoted to the Censor of the Seventh-rank Palace and the top leader of the "Jingjie Department" in the Fourth Division of the Inspection Office. Ouyang Zhan also became the secretary of Gao Yue, a secretary of Gao Yue, with his seventh-rank official title, and replaced the former position of the shogunate chief secretary.

On the central hall of the provincial government office, there are fine clay models. Two disciples of Master Mingxuan of Huguo Temple, Runan chief monk Guanggui, and Jiegui is giving instructions to Gao Yue and Wu Yuanheng (Liu Deshi has not yet gotten off the bus):

"The two prime ministers are involved in politics. Now the mulberry trees planted by farmers around the houses can no longer meet the needs of the weaving supervisor. So the monk dared to make this clay model of the "Mulberry Field Weaving Shop". After Huaiyang promoted the King of Rings on a large scale, the land that was originally unable to sow due to seawater soaking, as long as the dam was surrounded, they could plant rice with all their ability. In addition, the rice and wheat in the rest of the Jiuzhou, the people and the army would not be scarce, so they could even out part of the fields to build mulberry fields and cotton fields, and promote the weaving industry."

"Is there a measure of the output of this mulberry field?" Wu Yuanheng asked.

The two monks replied that some are usually "ten acres of 100 trees and five pieces of silk", that is, you can plant hundreds of mulberry trees in ten acres of land, and you can get five pieces of silkworms raised by mulberry leaves, which is probably equivalent to the income from farming.

In order to reduce costs, the monk pointed to the model and said that the mulberry tree weaving workshop uses large pieces of land to plant mulberry trees in a concentrated manner. Mulberry trees can also be mixed with beans, turnips, etc., and then gather in mulberry fields and mulberry gardens to build silkworm rooms, prepare silkworm tools, and then build a brocade workshop to furnish 2300 or even more looms, and there are workshops for printing and dyeing: the government and the temple hired weaving households to imitate the weaving or internal work of the Daming Palace, and all four different processes, weaving, weaving, spinning, and dyeing. The obtained brocade silk and satin can be sold domestically in various places or sold overseas. As long as the mulberry tree weaving workshop or cotton weaving workshop is built across the water and land, the output is large and the cost is low, and it will soon form a depression effect, constantly attracting more retail investors and concentrate on all sides of the city weaving workshop.

In addition, such as mulberry leaves and silkworms, there is an excess of raw silk, which can be handed over to merchants and allowed to sell them to retail investors to weave them.

Gao Yue nodded. In the past, the brocade weaving workshops in Chang'an and various prefectures and counties produced goods for tribute. Now, the "Mulberry Field Brocade Weaving Works" in Yangzhou is to truly generate economic benefits.

"This printing and dyeing?" Wu Yuanheng was puzzled again.

When the two monks said that if they dyed red, they used red flowers. This thing is mostly produced in Shu; if they dyed purple, they used suma wood. This thing is mostly obtained from the trade in the South China Sea; if they dyed yellow, they used jujube wood, which was produced in Huaiyang. When dyed black, they used oak wood, which is the best product for Youyan and Bohai Sea.

It takes some effort to dye silk, but it takes no effort to dye cotton silk.

"It seems that if you don't focus on trade in the future, it's impossible to communicate with each other." Wu Yuanheng was deeply touched by this.

"This is the reason why the sub-digging army sent to dig the spiritual canal, connecting Jiannan, Lingnan, Huainan, and Jiangdong." Gao Yue said.

As if brocade warehousing was built and sea ship trade became more and more developed, the demand for precious coins in Huaihai Province and Jiangdong Province would become increasingly greater, and copper coins alone would not be met.

This is the fundamental goal of the Takao fleet's second voyage to Japan.

With Si Nanzheng's navigation technology and hiring the improved hull and sails of the Hu Trade Fair, Zhang Xi and Zhang Baogao's eighteen sea ships successfully arrived at the Women's Island of the Five Islands of the Japan Kingdom, because there is an iconic lighthouse here.

By the way, Zhang Baogao's ship also rescued the Japanese ship that hit the broken and sunken on the reef, and rescued more than 20 people there. The rest turned into floating corpses and drifted around along the ocean currents on all sides of the island, which was a terrible sight.

Among the rescued monks, a monk was about the same age as Zhang Baogao. Then Zhang Baogao asked the monk, "What is the Dharma name? Can you speak Tang Dynasty?"

The monk said that I was a monk who was invited to the Tang Dynasty on the "Tang Ship". He came from Zhenweishan Temple in Hequan Kingdom. It was commonly known as Zhenyu and the Dharma name was Kōkai. He was preparing to enter the Tang Dynasty to seek Dharma. Since I was fifteen years old, I studied the Analects of Confucius, Zuo Zhuan, and the Book of Songs monk with the third prince of Japan. Later, I wrote the work "Deaf and Blind Finger" in Chinese characters. In addition, there were also a group of naturalized Tang people in Japan - so I could still speak Tang Dynasty.

Zhang Baogao looked at Monk Konghai and the wreckage of the capsized Japanese ship. He could see how backward the manufacturing technology of the Japanese ship was: the hull was just a box, the sail was still in a net shape, and there was no large rudder.

"You are going to cross the sea on such a ship, and you will die for a lifetime."

The soaked and trembling Kōhai opened his black lips and his painfully "confessed" to Zhang Baogao: Every time he sent the Tang envoys sailed, there were four ships, each with one hundred people, but often they just passed Zhuzi and came to the outer sea, either stranded or sunk, or did not know where they drifted. The so-called four ships were gone every time, but in fact, they wanted to have a chance. One of the four ships could reach Tangtu and Amitabha Buddha. Even this ship could not have a fixed destination. In short, it would be possible to float wherever they drifted. As long as they went ashore somewhere in Tangtu, they would travel, so it was not impossible to float to Fuzhou, even Chaozhou and Guangzhou.

Zhang Baogao laughed generously, patted Kong Hai on the shoulder, and said, "In the future, this ocean will be managed by my acting Duke of Wei of the Tang Dynasty. If you go to Tangtu, you will take my boat. My name is Zhang Baogao!"

Kong Hai asked Zhang Baogao, you came from Yangzhou, how long does it take to come here across the ocean?

Zhang Baogao replied, it's only six days.

Kokai was silent.

The silence brought by technological crushing.

Afterwards, the Tang family's huge fleet, carrying the Kōkai and others who survived the disaster, came to Hakatazu.

Because this is the entrance to and from Japan, the location of the "West Japan Capital" Dazaifu.

Dazaifu is actually a small city. It is located in the Zhuzishanye. It imitates the Tang Dynasty's Tiaofang system. It is divided into two outer lands, each with twelve fangs. The government hall of the Chinese government is located in the right land, surrounded by the Tibetan department, the Tax department, the Medicine department, the Craft Department, the City Gate Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Guest Department, the Treasure Department, the Cold Department, the Paper Department and other institutions. It is a sparrow that is small and has all the internal organs.

Zhang Xi and Zhang Baogao wanted to further Iran Seto Inland Sea and go to Nambazu to negotiate directly with the Japanese court, so they had to obtain permission from Dazaifu first.

The current Dazai Shuai is Yutomoto of Japan's Nakanayan Fujiwara. When he saw Zhang Xi and Zhang Baogao coming with Monk Kami, he asked Kami in surprise: "Fang Qicheng, Sahiro Masashi, why did he suddenly return?"
