Chapter 51 Gryffindor Soars to the Sky Follow-up(1/2)
Chapter 51 Gryffindor, soaring into the sky (Third update, please read~)
The moon was dim and divided into two, leaving just the right half circle.
Harry snapped his fingers, and a small flame formed from the Igni Seal. He stared at the flame for a while before turning around and going back to the rest room.
Over the weekend, he continued to cook the potion, and he almost never left the dormitory.
On Monday afternoon, there is a Defense Against the Dark Arts session.
Lockhart learned the lesson from last week and never caught any "evil and terrifying" magical creatures on his own initiative.
Instead, he treats the classroom as a stage for his performance.
He needs several little wizards to cooperate with him in acting out the plot in the novel - of course, the euphemistic name is "scene reenactment".
The little eagles looked disgusted.
They don't want to do such embarrassing things.
His cousin Dudley, who was only twelve years old, was just like Uncle Vernon, showing signs of hair loss.
The wind whistled in his ears.
George nodded eagerly: "Yes, it was Thursday night. After curfew, Fred and I went to the kitchen and saw with our own eyes a seventh-year Hufflepuff sister entering his office."
Harry returns from solitary confinement with Professor McGonagall.
What does it mean that there is no way to end it?
"I'm going to be in solitary confinement for a semester." Harry whispered.
Mr. Arthur Weasley is one, but he doesn’t use hair tonic, not because he likes bald hair, or because he doesn’t want to use it...
The little wizards had to rack their brains and come up with innovative compliments in order to get points from Lockhart.
The performance of the few who came for trial training today is average. Maybe... with some training, they can become chasers and goalkeepers, but they will never become seekers.
"The team is recruiting." Ron nodded, "I heard from Fred that Wood is very worried now about how to find a qualified Seeker. His hair is almost falling out. Do you want to try it?"
?”
"You are indeed a qualified Gryffindor." After a while, Wood suppressed this sentence, "Then we can temporarily change it to Tuesday or Sunday, when your confinement is over, and then..."
Wood patted Harry's shoulder gently: "Go fly and show me."
He rode very fast, spinning dexterously in the air. After flying two circles, Wood glanced at George.
Wood frowned.
Neville was inexplicably forced to play the role of a clumsy snowman.
Great Britain is a country with many bald men.
Wood hesitated to speak.
They saw the score gem, Gryffindor was weirdly high, and it was only a week since school started, and they were already aiming for 200 points.
The seeker is the most important and core position of a team.
But I have never met Harry, either in the dormitory, the library, or the professor's office.
"Gryffindor needs you." Wood hugged him, "How about you, are you willing to join the team?"
When they found out the reason, they soon burst out with enthusiastic praise that was no less than that of Gryffindor House. Lockhart almost floated to the sky. He really thought that he was very loved by the little wizard.
Wood was stunned.
until--
I'm also a little lucky.
What on earth did he do to provoke the two professors...
Friday.
After waiting for two hours, he was finally taken away by his friend, but Harry still couldn't wait.
In first grade flying class, Harry was still the little wizard who received the most praise.
This startled Lockhart. Before this, even the first-year wizards had not been so enthusiastic. Something was wrong, very wrong! He hesitated for a while, and finally chose Neville, who did not raise his hand.
The little lions surrounded him and left, cheering.
"You should buy a good broom." After the training, Wood clenched his fists. "We have not won the Quidditch Cup for six consecutive years. The last time was when Charlie was here."
"It's only been a few days since school started!" Angelina exclaimed, "And he's still a professor!"
It wasn't until night that Wood reluctantly picked out a few and announced that they would train with the team tomorrow.
But when it comes to Gryffindor, it's not too out of the ordinary.
Lockhart liked it very much and praised them for being very promising in the future. He even framed the poem and hung it in the classroom for other little wizards to learn from.
"Okay, Harry, you can come down now." Wood formed a trumpet with his hands, raised it to his mouth, and shouted, "George, remember to put the Bludger away."
"I thought you were so busy that you would miss this." George waved, said hello, and echoed.
The little lions raised their hands excitedly and were eager to try.
But this did not pose a threat to Harry, he easily dodged it, and even rode his broom and played with the Bludgers in the sky.
I don't know how to explain to Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw that they want to exchange the use time of the Quidditch pitch - "Harry is in solitary confinement for one semester". This reason sounds a bit ridiculous.
Wood nodded: "Did you bring the broom?"
Is it because of Lockhart?
"Harry, are you here to participate in the selection?" Fred was the first to spot them.
Harry shook his head. He hadn't bought a broom yet. Although second-year students could bring brooms to school, they generally didn't have the opportunity to fly.
Harry interrupted: "It might not be over."
"You can recommend him to try Potter's hair tonic." Harry suggested casually, "The effect is quite good."
high speed.
Harry landed.
"Quidditch?" Harry took it.
The training went well.
Training the next day.
"Seeker," Harry answered.
"I'll lend you mine!" Fred was very attentive. "Although it only sweeps the seven stars, it is a good broom."
But wizards are different. It is rare to see people with sparse hair. Quirrell is one of them, but he is in a special situation. He has Voldemort growing on the back of his head. He is not a creature that likes humid and hairy environments.
After asking around, it turned out to be Lockhart, who had gained over a hundred points for Gryffindor in just a few days.
Wood tilted his head back and was surprised: "One semester? Gryffindor didn't get that many points deducted."
Ron held a piece of colored paper in his hand and waved it excitedly: "Harry, look, the flyer Wood just came over to distribute."
Fred released the Bludger and immediately rushed towards the nearest George to hit it. As an excellent batsman, he reacted quickly and hit hard with the bat. The Quaffle immediately turned around and ran towards the ball.
Hitting Harry.
Vice Principal McGonagall had to remind him not to add points so frequently, nor to just add two or three points casually when someone said, "Professor Lockhart is so charming."
Wood couldn't wait to come over and said: "You are a great flyer! I heard that you are also very sharp? How is your dynamic vision?"
"Nimbus 2001 is the best model."
"We wrote another sonnet, but only got five points." George nodded, "But Harry can get ten points for answering a question!"
Wood waved his hand: "Okay, this is not the place to discuss gossip, we should continue to select players."
I heard from Alia Spinnet, Gryffindor's substitute Chaser, that he was a first-year wizard named Colin Creevey. He had been squatting with Harry for a week and always wanted to take a picture.
His photo.
Great Britain's attitude toward "teacher-student love" is conservative.
But other positions should not be underestimated.
He is very interested in Quidditch.
"He is already using it, but if he can't find a seeker, he will have to use it for a long time." Ron teased.
"There is Professor McGonagall's confinement." Harry explained briefly, "Actually, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are not allowed. They are the confinement of Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape respectively."
"A date? With a student?" Angelina, another Chaser on the Quidditch team, leaned over and said, "Really?"
Fortunately...it didn't coincide with Slytherin's schedule.
One of the Chasers is about to graduate, and Wood has to find a good replacement.
As the captain, he has a lot of headaches. There are also many things outside the court that he needs to solve.
"Tomorrow afternoon?" Harry looked at the time, "I'll be there."
To be continued...
