Article 29

Publishers, performers, recording and video producers, radio stations, television stations, etc. shall not infringe on the author's right to sign, modify, protect the completeness of the work and the right to obtain remuneration.

Article 30

Book publishers shall enter into a publishing contract with the copyright owner and pay remuneration.

Article 31

The exclusive copyright enjoyed by the book publisher in accordance with the contract for the works delivered and published by the copyright owner shall be protected by law and others shall not publish the work.

Article 32

The copyright holder shall deliver the work within the time limit stipulated in the contract. The book publisher shall publish the book within the time limit in accordance with the publishing quality stipulated in the contract. If the book publisher fails to publish within the time limit stipulated in the contract, he shall bear civil liability in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of this Law. If the book publisher reprints or reprints the work, he shall notify the copyright holder and pay remuneration. If the book publisher refuses to reprint or reprint it after the book is out of stock, the copyright holder has the right to terminate the contract.

Article 33

If the copyright holder submits a manuscript to a newspaper or journal, if he does not receive a notice from the newspaper to publish it within 15 days from the date of the manuscript, or if he does not receive a notice from the journal to publish it within 30 days from the date of the manuscript, he may submit the same work to other newspapers or journals. Except where the two parties have otherwise agreed. After the work is published, unless the copyright holder declares that it may not be reproduced or excerpted, other newspapers and magazines may be reproduced or published as abstracts or materials, but the copyright holder shall be paid remuneration to the copyright holder in accordance with the regulations.

Article 34

Book publishers may modify and abridge the works with the permission of the author. Newspapers and journals may modify and abridge the works literally. Modifications of the content shall be subject to the author's permission.

Article 35

When publishing and adapting, translating, annotating, sorting, and compiling existing works, the copyright owner of the adaptation, translation, annotating, sorting, and compiling works shall be authorized by the copyright owner of the adaptation, translation, annotating, sorting, and compiling works and the copyright owner of the original works, and the remuneration shall be paid.

Article 36

Publishers have the right to license or prohibit others from using the layout design of books and journals they publish. The protection period for the rights stipulated in the preceding paragraph is ten years, which ends on December 31, the tenth year after the publication of books and journals.

Article 37

The performer (actor, performing unit) shall obtain the copyright owner's permission and pay the remuneration. Article 38

The licensee shall also obtain permission from the copyright owner and pay remuneration when using works as stipulated in Articles (3) to (6) of the previous paragraph.

Article 39

The protection period for the rights stipulated in Article 38, Paragraph 1, Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) of this Law is not restricted. The protection period for the rights stipulated in Article 38, Paragraph (3) to Paragraph (6) of this Law is fifty years, ending on December 31, the fifty years after the performance.

Article 40

Recording and video producers who use other people's works to make recordings and video products shall obtain permission from the copyright owner and pay remuneration. Recording and video producers who use adaptation, translation, annotation, and sort out works that have been produced by existing works shall obtain permission from the copyright owner and the copyright owner of the adaptation, translation, annotation, and sorting of works and the copyright owner of the original work, and pay remuneration. Recording and video producers who use music works that others have legally recorded as phonographs may be made without the permission of the copyright owner, but shall pay remuneration in accordance with regulations; copyright owners who declare that they are not allowed to use them shall not be used.

Article 41

When a recording and video producer makes recording and video products, he or she shall enter into a contract with the performer and pay remuneration.

Article 42

The recording and video producer has the right to license others to copy, sell, rent, and spread to the public through information networks and receive remuneration for the recording and video products they produce. The protection period of the rights is 50 years, which ends on December 31, the fifty year after the production of the product is completed. The licensee shall copy, carry, and disseminate the recording and video products to the public through information networks. He shall also obtain permission from the copyright owner and performer and pay remuneration.

Article 43

When broadcasting works that others have not stated, the copyright owner shall obtain permission from the copyright owner and shall pay remuneration. When broadcasting works that others have stated, the radio station and the television station shall broadcast works that others have not stated, but shall pay remuneration.

Article 44

Radio and television stations may broadcast published phonographs without permission from the copyright owner, but shall pay remuneration. Except where the parties have otherwise agreed. The specific measures shall be stipulated by the State Council.

Article 45

Radio stations and television stations have the right to prohibit the following acts without their permission: (1) broadcasts and television broadcasts played by them; (2) record the broadcasts and televisions played by them on audio and video carriers and copying audio and video carriers. The protection period of the rights stipulated in the preceding paragraph is fifty years, ending on December 31, the fifty year after the broadcast and television broadcasts.

Article 46

When broadcasting other people's movies and works created by similar film productions, video products shall obtain permission from the producer or video producer and pay remuneration; when broadcasting other people's video products, video products shall also obtain permission from the copyright owner and pay remuneration.

Article 47

If the following infringement is committed, the civil liability shall be borne according to the circumstances, such as stopping the infringement, eliminating the impact, apologizing, and compensating for losses: (1) expressing his works without the permission of the copyright owner; (2) taking the works created with others as their own works without the permission of the cooperative author; (3) failing to participate in the creation and signing on others' works in order to gain personal fame and fortune; (4) distorting or tampering with other people's works; (5) plagiarizing other people's works; (6) using works by exhibitions, filming movies and using works in similar ways to film films without the permission of the copyright owner, or using works by adaptation, translation, annotation, etc.,

Except as otherwise provided in this Law; (7) Remuneration shall be paid without payment when using other people's works; (8) Rental works or recordings and video products without permission from the copyright owner of film works and works, computer software, recordings and video products or rights holders related to copyright, except as otherwise provided in this Law; (9) Use the layout of books and journals they published without permission from the publisher; (10) Live broadcast or publicly transmit their live performances from live or publicly record their performances; (11) Other acts that infringe on copyright and rights-related rights.
