Chapter 1190: The Cry of the Lamb (9)(2/2)

As Amanda watched, Schiller's chest continued to rise and fall. He was breathing heavily and looked very embarrassed. Amanda asked:

"Now, do you still think you are a shepherd?"

Schiller could hardly hold the pen, but he still wrote a line of words on the paper with his trembling hand.

"I have always been a lamb...the only lamb."

Amanda's pupils shrank suddenly, and Schiller continued writing.

"And what the Lamb has to do is to offer himself up to welcome...the new life of the Lord."

United States, New Jersey, Gotham, Gotham City Police Department.

The young police officer hurriedly ran up the stairs, handed a document in his hand to Gordon and said: "Chief, the New Jersey State Police has revoked the emergency support order. You don't need to go to the State Police to help."

Gordon seemed a little confused. He looked at the police officer and asked: "Then how are they going to deal with the endless cases of serial killers? Isn't it because of the lack of people that they want to transfer me?"

The young police officer scratched his head and said, "Have you not listened to the radio recently? There have been no new serial murder cases for several days. Even the murderers of previous serious cases that were difficult to solve have surrendered."

Gordon's eyes widened. After his subordinates left, he looked at the documents in his hand in confusion.

But before he could read the content carefully, another female detective hurried up and said to Gordon: "Mrs. Miller from Arkham Psychiatric Hospital called the police station and said

It was Jonathan Crane who had been in the hospital and ran out, and his target seemed to be the Gotham Police Department."

Gordon's expression immediately became serious. He waved his hand and said, "Be on full alert. This lunatic may want to explode..."

"Gordon! James Gordon! When are you going to get Schiller back?!" Jonathan's voice appeared at the door. Gordon put his hand on the gun on his waist, but Jonathan walked in still wearing a sick suit.

uniform, without any weapons or bombs.

"Hurry up and get Schiller back! Without a newspaper to read, I'm almost bored to death! I was even bored enough to publish a paper on 'Natural Chemistry'!"

"What newspaper? What paper?" Gordon frowned and looked at him in confusion. Jonathan also stared at Gordon. After a few seconds, Gordon suddenly realized. He looked at Jonathan and said: "What you said, could it be?"

You serial killers, did you make some code in the newspapers?"

"Do you know how long it has been since the code has been updated?!" Jonathan raised his voice and said, "This will make me miss the most cutting-edge information in academia! This is fatal to any scholar! You must think of a way...

"

Suddenly, a noise came from the shadows in the corner of the room. Gordon's eyes suddenly widened and he turned around to look.

He saw Batman, but it didn't seem like Batman.

Gordon saw that in the eyes hidden in the darkness, divinity and evil were perfectly integrated.

A hoarse voice that made people fall into an ice cellar sounded in the room.

"The new password is 'full-width separator'."
