Chapter 62: Breath of Pure Yang

Xuanmin made a rough estimate. It was only about one hour from the beginning of the meditation and the end of waking up.

This result is not good, and it can even be said to be relatively late. Although the time will be improved with the completion of foundation building, the room for improvement is still relatively limited.

The qualifications of a practitioner mainly depend on two aspects.

First, the root bone. The attributes of the root bone are related to the affinity of the spiritual energy of the heaven and earth. The higher the affinity, the more spiritual energy the practitioners can sense. When they breathe, more spiritual energy can be incorporated into their bodies, and even the purity of the spiritual energy must be higher.

Another thing is more mysterious. It depends on the length of time that the practitioners can enter into meditation and practice under the guidance of their own exercises, but no one can tell what the length or not is. There are speculations that it is related to each person's meridians. The stronger the meridians, the more spiritual energy will walk in the body, and the more time the exercises will be used to practice.

Therefore, there is a saying in the world of Taoism that "diligence can make up for clumsy". To put it, if a person has excellent roots and bones, it is enough to practice for one or two hours a day. If the roots and bones are slightly worse, but the meridian strength is still good, then practice for three or four hours a day. In this way, the shortcomings in the roots and bones can be compensated through time, and barely keep up with the progress.

In fact, if you think about it from another perspective, these monks who can make up for their hard work are probably among the geniuses. After all, if your roots and bones are not good, and you will not be able to make up for your cultivation in meditation than others, even if you want to make up for your hard work, you will not be able to make up for it at all.

So, the root bones are very good, and the time to enter into meditation is long. This is a genius among geniuses. For example, a guy like Ye Ying, not to mention the root bones, she can sit for twelve hours at a time, which is a full day, which is terrifying. And other geniuses in the sect can at least ensure that there are eight or nine hours of meditation and practice every day. In other words, if someone practices for one day, it will be calculated based on nine hours. If he needs to practice for at least nine days, he will only get bigger and bigger as time goes by...

Xuan Min sighed, but there was no way. Even if she had the highest cultivation level, she could not change this kind of natural thing.

It seems that this is the great way of life, so it is better to give him a foundation building and give him some magic medicine to prolong his life.

At this moment, Xuan Min was already in her heart and sentenced Ruozhi to "death punishment".

------------

"My nephew, do you think there is something wrong?" Xuanmin pointed to the incense burner in front of him, and the curling white smoke slowly dissipated, and asked with concern.

"No", Ruozhi thought about it and shook his head and said, this time he entered into meditation and practiced in a state of consciousness, without any inappropriate feeling.

"No", Xuan Min nodded secretly. This method of controlling spiritual energy is quite proficient. At least she has never seen anyone who can guide spiritual energy into her first time. This at least shows that Ruozhi in front of her is still remarkable in terms of comprehension, but what's the use? If she cannot step into the great way, at the present age, she will turn into a piece of loess in just over seventy years. Even if there are some spiritual medicines that prolong life, it will be just a drop in the bucket. Even if you are "smart" at that time, what's the use? She can't help but shake her head secretly.

"Yes," Xuanmin nodded and smiled, "That's good." As he said that, he patted Ruozhi on the shoulder, flashed and disappeared again.

------------

Seeing Xuan Min disappear, Ruozhi took a deep breath, pointed his right sword at the sword weapon not far away, and silently said "starting" in his heart.

"Clang", with a clear sound, the sword weapon was pulled out and floated on it.

Carefully, the sword point controls the direction of the sword weapon, slowly slashing in the air...

Soon, the palpitations and weakness came again, and the sword fell back to the ground and inserted into the soil.

Ruozhi closed his eyes, adjusted his breathing carefully, sat for about half a cup of tea, and finally returned to normal and opened his eyes.

Once again, according to the requirements of sword control, he pointed his sword at the sword weapon and silently recited "Arise" in his heart, but he did not respond at all... He still didn't give up. He tried several times, but still had no response. Even if the sword weapon was shaken, he didn't even shake it.

Ruozhi touched his head helplessly. Perhaps it was because Yu Jian's so-called mentality was used up. Ruozhi thought of it and silently estimated in his heart that it seemed that Yu Jian's just now was indeed a few breaths longer than the first time. Well, maybe it was because of the mentality.

"Sword Sutra" records that "the earth is born and the earth is grown, and the innate pure qi is trained to the mind and spirit." Is the enthusiasm that gathers in the hundreds of meetings when I meditate today is the so-called qi... Alas, I can't ask others for advice, it's really...

No matter what, just try it.

The idea was made. Ruozhi followed the requirements of the mental method again, pinched the sword technique, pointed the sword at the Dantian, closed his eyes, and began to sense silently...

It was very smooth. Two heat, one gathered at Baihui, and the other appeared from the lower dantian, flowing slowly along the meridians, gradually approaching Baihui...

The two heat intentions intersect at the Baihui and continue moving forward. Ruozhi could clearly feel that the heat intention at the Baihui had merged into the heat flow and began to follow the heat flow along the meridians.

The heat flow had just flowed out of Baihui. Ruozhi, who had originally closed his eyes and empty his eyebrows frowned, and felt a burst of tingling pain in his meridians, like thousands of needles.

"Yes," Ruozhi groaned, and hurriedly stopped the exercises and opened his eyes.

He was so familiar with the feeling he had just felt, because he had tasted it a few months ago, and he was still lying in bed for three months.

The meridians ruptured, and my whole body felt as if I was being cut into pieces at the same time, and I couldn't move at all. I remembered that kind of torture, but in just a moment, Ruozhi's cold sweat broke out and his back became wet.

After stopping the exercise, Ruozhi waited for a while, and then felt his body again. Fortunately, he didn't have that tingling feeling. It seemed that he had reacted quickly this time and did not hurt his meridians.

He stood up and moved, nothing special. It felt so good to have a life after the disaster. He didn't want to do it again. Not to mention the "cut into pieces" at that time, he just lay there motionlessly, and for three months, he could drive people crazy.

I stood up and felt a little uncomfortable above my body. I looked around and saw that there was no one else. I quietly pulled my robe and felt a faint smell of fishy smell. Ruozhi smiled bitterly, and the gray sticky thing appeared again.

------------

After cleaning up, Ruozhi extinguished the fire break in his hand. This thing was also given to him by Xuan Min, and it was a stick. Just recite a few spells to him and blow a strong breath, a small flame could be produced. Although it was not big, it was enough to remove the gray and white dirt from the clothes.

After putting on his clothes again, he was fine. Ruozhi started to "stroll around Xiaozhou again, and while walking, he lived the records in the "Sword Sutra" in his mind, which was indeed a bit different from the records in the book Xuan Min gave him.

For example, people who practice Taoism pay more attention to the principles of the Tao, and follow the laws of nature. This is the basic common sense, but the "Sword Sutra" says that people who practice Taoism go against the Tao and follow the original heart; for example, people who practice Taoism pay attention to the principles of not being involved in cause and effect, and only care about their own body, but in the "Sword Sutra", there are red dust refining the heart, sword cutting the cause and effect, and among the lower-level sword cultivators, there are even more heroic people, who are for the country and the people... It seems very contradictory.

Ruozhi was just wandering around while thinking about it, and before he knew it, he had already wandered around countless times...

Stopped, Ruozhi found himself standing at the entrance of the courtyard of the small building. Senior Sister Ye, are you there?
