1. Boil Buyi Soup
Recipe: 500 grams of pork, 50 grams of pork belly, 10 grams of cuttlefish, 10 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, roasted Astragalus, and Poria cocos, 3 grams of cinnamon, 5 grams of salt, 15 grams of cooked Rehmannia, 30 grams of ginger, appropriate amounts of pork bones, onion, peppercorns, and cooking wine.
Preparation: 1. Put Codonopsis pilosula, roasted astragalus, cinnamon, cooked Rehmannia, Angelica sinensis, and Poria cocos into a gauze bag and tie it tightly.
2. Wash the pork, cuttlefish, and pig belly; wash the ginger and pig bones and pat them.
3. Put pork, cuttlefish, pork belly, pig bones, and medicinal bags into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add ginger, cooking wine, salt, and pepper, boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and wait until the fish and meat is cooked, remove, cut into strips, and then put it in the soup to make it.
4. Take out the medicine bag and don’t use it.
Food method: 1-2 times a week.
Efficacy: Replenish both qi and blood. It is suitable for symptoms such as qi and blood deficiency or long-term illness, physical weakness, sallow complexion, mental fatigue, waist and knee fatigue.
2. Boil cooked chicken soup
Recipe: 750 grams each of pork and pork bones, 7.5 grams of cooked Rehmannia, 1 hen (weight about 2500 grams), onion, ginger, cooking wine, MSG, and salt are appropriate.
Production: 1. Put the cooked lotus into a gauze bag, tie it tightly, and set aside.
2. Remove the hair, internal organs after slaughtering the chicken, wash it; wash the pork, pound the bones; slap the ginger, cut the onion into the joints, and wait for use.
3. Put pork, chicken, medicinal bags, and mixed bones into the pot, boil over high heat, skim off the foam, add ginger, green onion, cooking wine, and simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked and solid.
4. Take out the Chinese medicine bag in the soup without using it. Take out the chicken and cut the pork into small pieces, then put it in the pot, boil it and add a little salt, stir the MSG well.
Food method: 1-2 times a week.
