Chapter 21 Qi Mountain

Mu Haoru stayed in the restaurant until Yuehang Changkong before he returned home reluctantly. Before leaving, he confirmed with Su Changmo again that the two of them would go to Confucius Temple to borrow books together tomorrow.

After the boy left, Su Changmo immediately nestled on the small stool in the back hall again. After a few glances, there was no one behind him. Then he slowly took out the book "The Borderless Moon". Su Changmo was a little anxious and wanted to read it quickly. He had to read each page three or four times by tomorrow morning. Time may not be enough.

The stars hang on the trees, the moon shadows penetrated into the water, and the cold air that penetrated into the bones made Su Changmo stand up and stamp his feet. The boy looked out the window. It was half past the night and he was no longer sleepy. Finally, he finished reading the whole book, but he was a little reluctant to let it go.

The boy leaned back slightly against the wall. What kind of person should he be? In every word, he was full of curiosity and love for the world and everything. He wanted to travel to every inch of the world, but he wanted to see him more and more.

If Uncle Da said it was true, was it the same when his father was, a sword-carrying man wandering around the world?

As the dawn began to appear, Su Changmo took a hot bath and changed into a clean dress. He thought that he might have to wait for a long time before cleaning up the restaurant, but Mu Haoru jumped and pushed the door open.

"Brother, why are you getting up so early? I just thought about why the restaurant didn't lock the door yesterday." Mu Haoru looked at Su Changmo in surprise, thinking that he had gotten up early enough.

"I read the book twice yesterday. It was getting darker and I didn't feel sleepy, so I cleaned up early."

"How can that be? Even if you sleep for a while, you have to sleep for a while. Otherwise, we will go back to sleep." Mu Haoru frowned, slightly unhappy.

"It's okay, let's go, let's go early and go back soon." Su Changmo took a piece of his own clothes and put them on Mu Haoru. This child was really wearing less clothes.

When he went out with his clothes, Su Changmo looked surprised. The rooftops on the ground were covered with thin frost. The waves were rippling in the morning light and cold. The autumn leaves of the sycamore trees on both sides of the long street fell, like tendons peeling off their flesh and blood, winding towards the sky. The weather this year has become too fast. Looking at this, snow will fall in a short time.

"Brother, what are you thinking?" The young man stared at Su Changmo with his eyes fixed on his face, looking like he was happy to see.

Su Changmo tightened his clothes, "It's nothing, I just feel like it's going to snow."

Mu Haoru was extremely excited when he heard the word "snowing" and looked at Su Changmo while walking backwards, "It's good to snow, brother, do you remember how we built snowmen last year? But it's 100 feet tall. According to our plan, we should increase our height by half this year."

Su Changmo smiled slightly. In order to compare the teenagers in the towns around him, the snowman was getting taller year by year. Later, he agreed that when the height reached ten feet, he would increase the height of the teenagers every year, of course, to take the highest one.

"Brother, do you think we should increase the difficulty this year and make him two or three feet tall? Those who come from other places must compete with us, so we can't lose." Mu Haoru reached out to the sky, measuring the height of the future snowman.

"Think about those useless things, snowmen are all trivial matters. What's important is that this year, we can't just stare at Lao Xu and beat him alone." Su Changmo laughed faintly and spoke softly.

Mu Haoru laughed, "Yes, yes, it's really annoying to beat Lao Xu again."

Xu Jingmo is the eldest brother of several people, so every year when he plays snowball fights, everyone doesn't go with him, but instead besieged him alone. It's a pity that he is being disciplined on weekdays. He has been smashed for several years. If this happens, it's probably true that Old Xu is really angry. The brothers are trying hard to smash it on their bodies, which should still hurt.

The young man who was laughing suddenly stopped laughing and turned around and stood shoulder to shoulder with Su Changmo. "Brother, the sect I want to go to is in Dongyuezhou. I heard that they are far away from here, and I don't know how long it will take to come back."

Su Changmo touched the boy's head and smiled and said, "What are you worried about? Then you practice well and become the immortal who is flying in the clouds. You can come back in the blink of an eye. Besides, I will practice with Uncle Da. Do you need to go anywhere? Then we can go shopping and play with you one by one."

The boy smiled again on his face and laughed softly, "Brother, you must come."

"Um."

"Brother, will you really come?"

Su Changmo bounced the boy's head, "When did I say never count."

Before Su Changmo's hand was withdrawn, a gust of cold wind suddenly made the two of them unable to open their eyes. Su Changmo held the young man in his arms, and Fengshuang retreated, his eyes were stunned and fainted. A few steps away, an old monk with a big red cassock came to pull a white and fat little novice monk with his eyebrows and eyes and smiled.

Mu Haoru was pulled behind by Su Changmo and asked in a low voice: "Are you humans or ghosts?"

The little novice smiled and took a step forward, patted her chest, "Living man, look, it's a bang."

Mu Haoru was immediately amused, "What's your name?"

"Juyuan."

"What the hell is your name? Do you have no surname?" Mu Haoru was skeptical.

Su Changmo kept looking at the old monk, looking alert.

"I don't have a layman name." Xiao Shami's eyelashes were slender, and she sniffed her breath and asked with a raised head and said, "What's your name?"

Mu Haoru glanced at Su Changmo and said in a deep voice: "Mu Haoru."

"Do you read a lot?" Juyuan blinked his big eyes and looked serious.

Mu Haoru slowly walked forward half a step and whispered loudly: "That's it." Then he woke up like a dream, "How did you know?"

Ju Yuan smiled and said, "I feel the spirit of a book when I hear the name, and I must have read a lot."

The little novice monk kept glancing at Su Changmo while he was talking, but he stopped talking a few times, but finally couldn't help but say, "Why are you so fierce? We are not bad guys."

Su Changmo smiled at the little shami, turned to look at the old monk, and said softly: "Master has something to ask us for?"

The old monk pointed to the little novice monk, looked up and smiled, "I was just a coincidence with the little donor. I originally wanted to take him to that mountain."

Su Changmo was even more confused. The old monk was referring to Cangtong Mountain he was going to.

Seeing Su Changmo’s doubts and vigilance deepening, the old monk smiled and said, “Don’t worry, little donor. I and the old master from the mountain academy are old acquaintances, and I have made an appointment to come today.”

Su Chang didn't understand the truth and bowed to apologize, "Master, don't blame me, I'm rude."

The old monk waved his hand, "I showed up rashly and was rude first. Why did the little donor be rude?"

Mu Haoru looked at Su Changmo's expression and laughed loudly, "It's just right, we're going to that academy, let's go together."

Su Changmo nodded with a smile and reached out and said, "Master." The old monk was not surprised, nodded and walked in front, with three teenagers walking side by side.

The old monk in red glanced at the town and the stele forest, with his eyes suspicious. It was said that he should have landed at the gate of the academy, but why did he suddenly feel a disordered breath, causing him to step on the air and land at the foot of the mountain. Which place did it do?

The little novice stared at Su Changmo and whispered: "You haven't said what your name is just now?"

Su Changmo looked at Juyuan, who was as big as Mu Haoru, and slowly said, "My name is Su Changmo."

"Look forever, don't seek out." Juyuan shook his head and said to himself. Mu Haoru looked surprised. This kid, who said that his words were written in writing and his heart was not inferior to Tang Ying at all.

Su Changmo looked slightly stunned and laughed softly, "It's not that much attention. Parents can do it, so I can make it easy."

Ju Yuan looked at Su Changmo with a lot of thoughts outside, "Why are you so wary?"

Su Changmo didn't know how to answer for a moment, and Juyuan then spoke, "Are you also a practitioner?"

"It's not considered that I just learned about practicing. "Su Changmo looked at the old monk in front of him as he spoke. A golden lotus was embroidered on the back of the big red cassock, which was lifelike.

Juyuan nodded thoughtfully and said in a deep voice: "Then I understand, I understand."

Seeing that the little novice monk had no intention of saying anything, Mu Haoru hurriedly said, "What do you know? It's so uncomfortable to say halfway."

"You have suffered losses in Xuan Xiu, so you are so wary of those who practice." Ju Yuan Chengzhu shook his head in his chest.

Su Changmo was slightly surprised. This little novice monk was smart. Before he could speak, Juyuan blinked and laughed in a low voice: "You recognize me as your elder brother, I'll fight for you."

Mu Haoru slapped the little shaman in the head and said sternly: "What do you think of? You call me brother."

———————————————

In front of Confucius Temple, the old master stood with his hands behind his back, as if he was striving for excitement.

"Why are you doing well, Master?" the old monk bowed and laughed at the old master.

Su Changmo was a little surprised. He was not a Buddhist tribute but a bow. It seemed that the relationship between the two was extraordinary.

The old master pretended to be angry and smiled respectfully, "You old ghost, you don't look old at all."

The two of them greeted each other, and the three young men also bowed to the old master.

The old master was covered in spring breeze and whispered: "Okay, okay, okay, come all, good things."

The old monk turned sideways and said, "Let's go in and say, these children are frozen."

The old master raised his chin to the bottom of the mountain, "Wait a little longer."

Before a while, Xu Jingmo and Tang Ying appeared in front of everyone panting.

"Old Mo, why are you walking so fast? Uncle Da said you just left and didn't catch up with you all the way. I'm so tired." Tang Ying hung on Xu Jingmo's arm, looking dying.

Xu Jingmo bowed lightly, "Teacher."

The old master nodded with a smile, "Let's go and take you to read a book."

The old monk Xinhu said softly: "What a big year, they are all good seedlings."

The old master also said in his heart: "It's all good, but I still don't know if anyone can take that thing out, but don't let anyone take it away by then, and it's really absent from the inheritance."

"I think the boy named Mu has the greatest chance."

"The one you brought is not bad, why didn't you send it to the academy directly? Instead, you became a monk. With his talent, reading is better than chanting scriptures."

The old monk Xinhu smiled repeatedly: "Your school is struggling, and we are even more trampling. It is rare to find a good seedling, why should you let go? Don't blame me? Isn't this just brought it with me? What if the little guy can integrate the two, wouldn't it be the best of both worlds?"

"You're good at making a plan."

In front of the three-story building of the academy, five young men were dressed and stepped in.
