When he encountered a big river blocking the road, Dayu worshiped the axe, with green light lingering and water waves separated, which was the "Axe to open the mountain."

Dayu took out a piece of iron rod, two golden hoops at both ends, and a black iron in the middle. A line of characters engraved next to the hoop was called "Dinghai Shen Needle" and weighed 13,500 kilograms. It was thrown and inserted into the bottom of the river to measure the depth.

These two treasures were made by Taixu himself and turned against the acquired and the innate.

Yu tried his best to control the flood, was not afraid of hard work, and never dared to rest.

Longmen Mountain stretches for thousands of miles, and the Yellow River will not be able to change its route. And it is transformed by the nine heavens of Xilan. How can everyone dig it open?

Yu only complained secretly and discussed the matter with Maitreya.

Maitreya sacrificed the golden bulb again, turned into a giant wheel, and the divine flowers soared into the sky and smashed them down towards the dragon gate.

The dragon gate was wide open, and from then on the water of the Yellow River flowed to the sea.

After Yu's governance, two major water systems were formed, with the Yellow River and the Yangtze River as the main source of the river, and most other rivers and ditches were connected to this. During the flood, although the human race was severely affected, people's livelihood production was greatly affected, and many people had to leave their hometowns.

However, during the water control process, the affected tribes did not distinguish between each other and cooperated in coordination, but also redistributed means of production to a certain extent, further strengthening the exchange and integration of various tribes.

Emperor Shun praised Yu and said, "Yu, Yu! You are my arms, thighs, ears and eyes. I want to benefit the people, and you assist me. I want to observe the celestial phenomena, know the sun, moon, stars, and embroider the clothes, and you advise me. I want to listen to the six laws, five tones and eight tones to regulate chaos, promote the five virtues, and help me. You never flatter me in front of you and slander me behind your back. You use your sincerity, virtue and example to make the court clear and honest. You have promoted my holy virtue, and you have made too great contributions!"
