143. Bustling All-Stars

(Read the full text of the Reading House without pop-up windows)

The Lakers finally abandoned Odom. The charming left-handed magician failed to make a comeback in the most critical fourth quarter. He sat on the bench and watched his team struggle and finally was killed at the doorstep.

Kobe and Zen Master broke out in the nth quarrel of this season. The latter regarded Odom as an important part when deploying troops, but Kobe refused to accept the joint efforts with Odom. The two quarrels even alarmed the Warriors next door. Chamberlain and others looked at Kobe enviously. This is the boss of the first team and even the head coach is not a bird.

NBA is actually still a star field. No matter how popular the head coach is, unless he can achieve the point where Cardinal Auerbach determines the fate of the team, the head coach or general manager will be just a nanny in front of the team's leading stars.

But how many cardinals in the league have? Even if they are as strong as Sloan, they will be dismissed from the disagreement with the Jazz core Deron Williams.

The Zen master angrily scolded Kobe for being too much, and Kobe disdained that the Zen master was short-sighted. His reason was very reasonable: "What is a victory or defeat? What I want is the championship! Look at what the team has become today? Damn, there is a big problem with the atmosphere of our team. This is not something that can be solved by trading Paul Gasol. Today, Lamar Odom cannot play anyway. I want him to know that if the Lakers cannot concentrate on playing, no matter what the team loses, he will not want to play!"

When the Zen Master heard Kobe, who had always been cruel and indifferent, said this, the Zen Master could not refute. Kobe was almost driven crazy by the championship now. He changed his temperament and his eyes were so long. This made the Zen Master quite pleased, so the brief quarrel ended soon.

The group of birdmen on the Warriors' bench were enjoying watching, and Old Nelson was also watching. Seeing Kobe and Zen Master finally shake hands and make peace, he felt unwilling. He hoped that Kobe and Zen Master would have a fall. Even if they had Gasol, the Lakers would be finished.

In fact, until now, Old Nelson was as terrified as Zen Master. The Warriors showed all their strength and broke out because of Evans' humiliation. What happened? He still failed to gain an absolute advantage until now.

On the other hand, the Lakers are now counting on the combination of Kobe and Gasol, which is not yet mature. Odom's third corner of the triangle tactic has not played, and the Lakers' most powerful attack method has not been shown yet.

Of course, Kobe understood this truth, so he had to suppress Odom in this game. He wanted to use this method to awaken the ignorant left-hand magician.

Even if you lose this game.

Although he lost the game, the Lakers lost not badly, but he lost five points at 98:103. If Odom made his debut in the fourth quarter, they would not be able to turn the tables. Odom was tall and big, and could defend the No. 5 position. With him and Gasol joining forces, although it would not block Chamberlain, it could also cause him a lot of trouble.

You know, at the last moment of this game, the Warriors kept attacking the penalty area, and Chamberlain played Gasol without blooming. As for Mbenga, this judo master had already left the field with six fouls. Facing Chamberlain, who was far ahead of him in speed and flexibility, he had no other way to fight except for one foul.

Because of Billups' help, Chamberlain's performance became better and better. In this game, he scored 26 points, 16 rebounds, and sent 6 blocks. Billups scored 15 points, but with the most 13 assists in the game, he recovered his second spring after joining forces with Chamberlain.

Kobe's score was still the highest in the game, scoring 30 points from 11 of 22 shots, Gasol scored 25 points, and the two teamed up to score more than half of the Lakers' score.

At the end of the game, Kobe was in a good mood. He took the initiative to come forward and chat with Chamberlain, and said with a smile: "I did a good job today, rookie, you grabbed a lot of good rebounds, which surprised me. I hope you can continue to cheer. Let's meet you all stars and grab me rebounds at that time."

The reason for being in a good mood is very simple. Gasol's performance made Kobe very satisfied. In the past two defeats, the Lakers failed with a big score, and they were beaten by Chamberlain in the interior. Today Gasol failed to limit Chamberlain well, but the latter could not limit him, so Kobe was satisfied.

It is not difficult for Chamberlain to lock Gasol. Regardless of speed or flexibility, Gasol is one level worse than Chamberlain, not to mention strength and ability to resist hits. Chamberlain has strength in one hand than Gasol’s two hands.

But Gasol is very smart. He has been roaming the outside line and supporting Kobe at a high position. He attacks by himself when he has the opportunity, and creates opportunities for his teammates if he doesn't. Among the active inside players, Gasol's ability to support is definitely one of the best.

If Gasol's style of play is put on the Grizzlies, it will be a soft boy, because he is the only support for that team, but in the Lakers, this is wisdom. The boss and core of this team are Kobe. As long as he can provide enough help to the boss, it is not him who really relies on.

Chamberlain and Kobe sat together and bragged. The latter is a standard strong man's temper. If you show enough strength, he will respect you and be willing to be friends with you. If you perform in a mess, then sorry will neither attract his sympathy nor respect you.

Leaving a sentence of "All-Stars", Chamberlain left the stadium. Now half a month before the end of the All-Stars, the All-Star voting ended. Chamberlain ranked second in the Western Conference forward line with 1.8 million votes, and successfully selected the All-Star in the rookie season. Even the Little Emperor James did not do this.

Now all the All-Star starting rosters have been announced, and the choice of substitutes is in full swing. Two days after the All-Star starting lineup appears, the substitute lineup will also be released.

Among them, the 14 substitutes are voted for by coaches from 30 NBA teams, and each coach cannot choose the players in their own team. The eastern and western substitutes each include two defenders, two forwards, one center, and two players from any position.

The vote leader of this season belongs to Garnett. He performed well in the Celtics and became the pillar of this classical veteran team. His passionate style and passionate performance made him a favorite among fans, becoming the vote leader with 2.4 million votes. Yao Ming once again became the starting center in the Western Conference, with a vote of 1.85 million votes. This shows how foresighted Nelson is. If Chamberlain runs with him as the center, he will most likely lose.

For the vast majority of Chinese fans, Yao Ming, who was born and raised, is their own son, and Chamberlain, is just a godson. For Winnie, Li Qun, Old Nelson and others, their task is to find a way to turn Chamberlain, his godson into the biological son of the Chinese.

In this vote, another Chinese favorite, McGrady, was surpassed by Iverson at the last moment and eventually fell out of the starting lineup. This is normal. McGrady has been injured many times this season, no longer the performance of the gods descending to earth. Iverson formed a double-shot backcourt with Anthony in the Nuggets and Anthony, and it was still full of popularity.

In the Eastern Conference All-Star starting lineup, two defenders are Kidd and Wade, two forwards are Garnett and the Young Emperor James, and the center is Howard.

Among the Western All-Star starting lineup, the two defenders are Kobe and Iverson, and the forwards are Duncan and Chamberlain. The former is also very dangerous to be selected as the All-Star starting lineup. If it weren't for the last moment, he would have been squeezed out to start by Anthony. As for the Western starting center, there is no doubt, and it must be Yao Ming.

In this All-Star vote, Garnett, who turned to the Celtics, was elected as the vote king, and even left the hot James behind.

In the West, Yao Ming is the best candidate for the center, and the young bully Stoudemire still cannot shake Yao Ming's position. This unlucky child is competing with him. He is obviously doing power forward work and keeps reporting the center position. Does he think he is more domineering than Chamberlain? Yao Ming has been the All-Star starting center in the West for six consecutive years. In other words, since he entered the NBA in 2002, he has been the All-Star starting center.

In the All-Star voting in the Eastern Conference, although Yi Jianlian did not appear on the forward candidate list, he was favored by the majority of fans in the All-Star voting. This shows how huge the number of Chinese fans is. They picked up Yao Ming and withstood Chamberlain, and they still have the strength to support Yi Jianlian.

O'Neal lost the position of All-Star starting center and was replaced by the young Howard. As of this point, there were no giants in this year's All-Stars. Any team has at most one player in the starting lineup, but with the substitute lineup, that's more than that.

The starting lineup came out with the All-Star Game head coach. This is simple, it is the head coach of the team with the highest record in the East and West, the Celtics coach Rivers in the East, and the West, Phil Jackson. After Gasol joined the Lakers, he teamed up with Kobe to lead the team to rush all the way to become the No. 1 in the West.

Two days later, the All-Star substitute lineup was also released. The Warriors were good. In the past few seasons, they couldn't even get any fucks in the All-Stars. One Davis also played soy sauce, but this time he won two All-Stars, Chamberlain started and Billups substitute.

In addition, the Western Conference's substitute lineup is also: two defenders are Sun God Nash and Hornets Paul, two forwards are Nowitzki and Anthony, one center is Stoudemire Jr., and two random positions are Billups and Brandon Roy.

Compared with the star-studded Western Conference All-Star lineup, the Eastern Conference All-Star lineup is not very good-looking. Bosh, the Raptors' boss, Jamison, the Wizards' leader, Caron Butler, the second master of Wannian, Joe Johnson, the Atlanta Hawks' Eagles' King, and two other big-headed Pierce and Gentleman Ray, and Billups' former teammate Hamilton, made up this lineup.

Any of the substitutes in the West has a brilliant history or is creating a brilliant history, but what about the substitutes in the East? A big wave of brushes mixed in!
