The sixth level of realm, breath, the whole body is extremely sensitive, and the reaction is more flexible. The internal organs begin to be strong and condensed. The impurities in the flesh and blood are gradually refined and washed away. When the impurities in the body are gone, they will naturally have a sense of majesty and demeanor.

The seventh level of realm is strong inside, strengthening internal organs, and organs are like iron. People in this realm will prolong their lifespan and avoid all internal organs. The book just records that if they are strong inside, nectar and jade liquid will continue to grow from their mouths. There will be no impurities between the internal organs! The physical condition will be improved one step further.

Under the eighth level, the skin of the body, a thick and dense film was developed, like cowhide, which was the most resistant to hitting. The body, the ability to fight, and the long physical strength increased.

The nine levels of realm, transformation, perfect body, and vigorous essence, then the internal energy will be born.

Practice Qi and transform into God:

The first level of state is to store qi, transform internal qi, and store it in the dantian.
