Chapter 3 Academic and Practical School(1/2)

Qin Yi stood up from the bed, walked to the leader, and looked at him with some confusion, "Who are you?"

"Qin Yi, you..." The leader did not expect Qin Yi to say such a thing, and he immediately became furious, "You don't even know me."

"It's too much to not even recognize my classmates at the same time."

"Simply arrogant."

"Wow, Sir Qin is so arrogant."

Several people around were making noises, and two of them seemed particularly indignant and vigorously denounced Qin Yi's behavior.

"Okay, you nobles are forgetful. It's normal for us unknown people to not remember." The leader gritted his teeth and glared at Qin Yi, "Let me introduce myself now. My name is Mo Jinquan, do you remember?"

Qin Yi felt baffled, "Are you famous? Do I have to know you?"

"Now, everyone has seen that you are not only free and undisciplined, but also arrogant and domineering!" Mo Jinquan said loudly and excitedly, "As a training student, you have been absent from class many times and disappeared for a month. You don't usually participate in training courses. How dare you still do it?

By coming back to take the exam, you clearly show disrespect for the police academy, the exam, and the discipline."

"And as a member of the disciplinary force, how can you take the exam if you don't even have the most basic discipline?"

The more Mo Jinquan spoke, the louder he became. Many students in the dormitory heard the commotion and gathered around to watch the excitement.

Seeing that the number of people watching gradually increased, Mo Jinquan's expression became more and more excited, and he seemed to have more confidence.

"This kind of scum who breaks the rules is not allowed in the police academy. He should be kicked out!"

"Yes, how can I be a probationary inspector if I flout discipline and go out without permission?"

"I just came to take the exam. According to the regulations, as long as I pass the exam and graduate successfully, I can become a trainee inspector." Qin Yi said expressionlessly, "Is there any law in Hong Kong that stipulates that I cannot take the exam? What regulations in the police force do I have?

Can’t take the exam? What are the rules of the police academy that I can’t take the exam?”

"Letting you take the exam is disrespectful to all the students!" Mo Jinquan shouted loudly, "We all worked hard to receive training, abide by the rules and stay in the police academy to attend classes. We have put in so much hard work and sweat, and with all our hard work and sweat,

You can come when you want and leave when you want, so what does our hard work count?"

"Can people who are promoted through connections do whatever they want?"

Some students around frowned, yes, why can you wander around while we have to suffer here?

Qin Yi looked around and suddenly smiled.

Why does everyone have this attitude?

Most of the trainee inspectors trained here are in two ways. First, they apply for trainee inspectors through the open recruitment process. Police officers within the police force and those who have graduated from university can participate.

The recruitment exam is very difficult, the competition is fierce, and there are academic requirements. Many people who fail the college graduation exam will choose to become police officers first and continue taking the exam the second year.

Those who take the open recruitment examination and come to the training are basically the selection group of college students, that is, the academic group.

The second way is internal recommendation from your boss. After passing the academic qualifications, you will be recommended by the selection committee and interviewed and assessed to become a trainee inspector.

These are all front-line police officers who have been promoted through promotion and belong to the hard-working type.

There is a natural gap and opposition between the two groups. The advantage of the academic group is that they have high academic qualifications and are the proud ones who have been admitted to university. They look down on the hard-working group who only graduated from the fifth form.

Although everyone is now a trainee inspector, after the reform of the police force, the general trend in the future will be that the higher the academic qualifications, the faster the promotion.

Trainee inspectors are just their starting point.

Practicalists feel that a group of college students can only talk nonsense, know nothing, and have no qualifications at all. They can become probationary inspectors just by taking exams. This is very unfair to police officers like them who have been working hard on the front line all year round.

There is a natural gap between the academic school and the practical school, and people tend to stick together, so they naturally split into two factions.

It is obvious that these people brought by Mo Jinquan are academics, and they are dissatisfied with Qin Yi, a hard worker who was promoted internally.

Moreover, Qin Yi has disappeared frequently recently, not appearing for a long time, and finally only showed up before the exam. This obviously directly angered these academics.

If a trainee inspector who is promoted internally has already received 24 weeks of training, he only needs to participate in another 12 weeks of training.

These academics received 36 weeks of training, so they were even more angry with Qin Yi.

Qin Yi looked at the crowd expressionlessly, "Everyone wants to be a member of the police force, even a police officer who is the commander of a squad. We must pay attention to evidence when we speak and act, and we must be rigorous in our actions."

"You accuse and slander me without knowing anything about the matter. I really doubt your basic qualities and whether you can become a qualified police officer!"

As soon as he finished speaking, everyone was in an uproar.

"Are we slandering you?" Mo Jinquan said angrily, "Are the things we saw with our own eyes false? We have been here for nine months and have only seen you a handful of times."

"Seeing may not be believing." Qin Yidan said calmly, "You have been training with the trainee police officers for the past six months. Without the training content of trainee inspectors, it is difficult for you to see me. And I have said that you must provide evidence when speaking.

."

"You..." Mo Jinquan was furious, "You are still making excuses?"

"Sophistication?" Qin Yi sneered, "I will teach you a lesson now for those of you who have not graduated yet."

Qin Yi took out the leave note from his backpack, "This is the leave note. It has Principal Ye's personal instructions on it, which proves that I am just asking for leave."

"Also, this is a document for applying for a postponement of graduation, and it also has instructions from Principal Ye."

After speaking, Qin Yi took out another one, "This one is a document signed by the Chief of Police, numbered Qin Yi. Due to the special mission needs of the police force, Qin Yi can choose his own class time, and requests the police academy to consider it at his own discretion and act expediently."

Qin Yi almost slapped the document in Mo Jinquan's face, "Did you see it? The signatures of Principal Ye and Brother No. 1."

"I am not absent from class without permission, free and undisciplined." Qin Yi said loudly, "As a member of the disciplinary force, obeying orders is the first priority. This is your first day in the police academy!"

Mo Jinquan's face turned red and his eyes were full of disbelief. He stood in a daze staring at the signature on the document.

Others were also stunned and looked at each other.

"Is it approved by Brother Yi? It's fake, right?"

"How is this possible?"

"He is a little trainee inspector, but he still needs a brother to approve his leave?"

Obviously these people find it hard to believe.

Qin Yi looked at the people gathered around him and said loudly: "Brothers, comrades, and classmates, my name is Qin Yi. I graduated from the police academy class here last year. I received a complete 24-week training and graduated. Through my own efforts,

Arrived at the silver chicken head and Xue Fu cup."

"At the end of last year, I became a trainee inspector through the recommendation of the selection committee and the interview assessment. This was all achieved through my own efforts."

"Some people may not believe it and think that I, a small police officer, became a trainee inspector in less than a year. This is such a strong relationship." Qin Yi said coldly, "Actually, I don't have any relationship. I am in the police force.

The only relative is Sergeant Luk Kwok-wah of Hung Hom Police Station. If you think that the sergeant is considered a high-ranking member of the police force, I have nothing to say."

"I can prove that I am from Hung Hom Police Station, and I have met Qin Yi before." A trainee inspector in his twenties stood up, "His father-in-law, Lu Guohua, used to be in military uniform patrolling the streets, and he even took me with him.

"Thank you, senior brother, for testifying for me." Qin Yi showed a smile, then looked around at everyone, "Then you must be curious about how I came to be a trainee inspector?"

"Of course I worked hard for it. Before I graduated from the police academy, I was sent to work as an undercover agent in a large circle to deal with a group of gun-toting gangsters!" Qin Yi said excitedly, "When we first met, they used

He held an AK47 against me, said I was an undercover agent, and wanted to beat me to death. Have any of you ever experienced this kind of scene?!"

There was silence all around. Not to mention being threatened by AK47, they had never even seen AK.

"Later, when we were robbing the deposit car, I fought with these gangsters with a pistol and almost died. The superior gave me such an opportunity to commend me." Qin Yi glared at Mo Jinquan, "Could it be that

Am I not qualified to be this trainee inspector?"

Mo Jinquan was so dazzled by Qin Yi's eyes that he did not dare to look at him and subconsciously took a few steps back.

"Don't blame me, just ask the brothers present here, who are promoted from front-line police officers, which ones are not riddled with bullets, and which ones are not hard-working and meritorious." Qin Yi snorted coldly, "I want to ask you, Mo Jinquan, are we

Aren’t you worthy of being a trainee inspector?”

"Well said!"

"Ayi, I support you!"

"Damn, college students are amazing!"

"That's right, we earned it through hard work, why do you look down on us?"

The hard-working inspectors who had been struggling next to them spoke out one after another, and immediately targeted Mo Jinquan and the academic group.

At this time, most trainee inspectors relied on promotion, and the proportion of academics was small, so they were at a disadvantage in terms of numbers.

"I'm not...I don't have it!" Mo Jinquan stammered in denial. He was already panicking, and now he would offend all the hard workers if he failed.

Qin Yi pressed forward step by step, "You accused me without evidence and slandered me out of thin air. I doubt your basic qualities and think you are not qualified to be an ordinary police officer. Why do you

Take the exam!"

"I...I..." Mo Jinquan was holding back until his face turned red, and finally blurted out, "You haven't even attended a class, why should you take the exam? Aren't you afraid that you won't graduate?"

"Whether I can pass the exam or not is my own business. It's not your turn to worry about it." Qin Yi sneered.

"The exam is a judgment of strength. If I fail the exam, wouldn't it prove that I am a fool in name only?"

"Why do you look more nervous than me?" Qin Yi looked directly at Mo Jinquan, "Are you afraid that I will take the exam with you?"

"I..." Mo Jinquan was speechless, gritted his teeth, and said angrily, "Am I afraid of you?"
