Act 23. Review points
"A lady?"
Reiner was a little surprised. Claire did not use your Excellency or mage. Using the title of lady alone, it seemed that the other party did not come together with the review opinions of the paper.
"Let's go to the reception room first."
He then made a decision and looked at the envelope in his hand.
The front of the snow-white envelope is "Collection by Mr. Reiner Ian Grey" and the back is printed with the seal of the higher parliament.
That is the eye representing knowledge lies within a door representing truth, and the heraldry exudes a faint magical aura. Reiner poked his finger and quickly confirmed its truth.
"Are you nervous?"
Claire swallowed from the side, staring at the envelope in Reiner's hand.
"Nervous? Why am I nervous?"
Reiner smiled, and opened the envelope at the same time.
"If you firmly believe that what you say is the truth, then it is enough to just wait for objective evaluation."
Spread the letter paper and write the opinions of the paper in elegant floral characters.
Skip the retelling summary and Reiner looks directly at the final review:
Dear Mr. Leonard Ian Grey, for your paper "Discussion on Special Gases Generated in Limestone Heating Experiments and Several Questions on Traditional Combustion Reaction Theory", the review committee made the following review after careful review: the paper's writing format is exquisite, the experimental design idea is unique, it is quite pioneering, the quantitative analysis method is worth promoting, and the measurement of various special properties of new substances is very rigorous. At the same time, several questions raised by the paper on traditional combustion theory are worth exploring. However, due to the author's lack of cutting-edge theories, the conclusions of the paper have certain deviations, but they are still of reference significance.
If the paper is reviewed and approved, fifty academic points will be rewarded here.
"Are fifty..."
Reiner murmured to himself.
For newcomers, fifty academic points are already quite rich. You should know that a groundbreaking paper by academic masters in a certain field can only cost about one hundred points.
But there are still fewer psychological expectations for Reiner.
"The lack of cutting-edge theory?"
He noticed this sentence and felt a little strange. What other theory can shake the theory of oxidation, or is there a certain difference in the essence of this world?
However, Reiner's thoughts were quickly interrupted by Claire.
"Wow, fifty points, I'm not wrong!"
Claire started from scratch in a regular manner, and only now has read the full review opinion, so he was half a beat slower.
But she still showed quite excitement, danced and almost hugged Reiner. After realizing her loss of composure, Claire immediately took two steps back and looked like she was keeping a distance.
"It seems that the experiment still lacks some persuasiveness."
Reiner was very calm. In fact, he didn't expect to crush the alchemy system that lasted for three hundred years with this paper. He just hoped to earn more points and see how the academic community in this world accepted new opinions.
"With fifty points, it seems a bit difficult to submit "Alchemy". It seems that I can only agree to the appointment of "Monthly Alchemist Griffin"."
Reiner thought that the articles published in "Alchemy" were at least reviewed and scored above 70. The paper he had barely touched the bottom line, and the comments about cutting-edge theories made him quite concerned, so it would be better not to submit them rashly.
"Have you really thought about submitting to "Alchemy"?"
Claire originally thought Reiner was just a joke, but he didn't expect what he said was true.
"In any case, at least fifty points are obtained, and there are still fifty points away from the bottom line of termination of the abolished school. I can only hope to write another paper during this period."
Shrugged, Reiner put away the review opinions and began to walk towards the reception room. Now he can only focus on selling Coke first and make enough money to conduct better research.
"Oh, wait for me."
Claire was still immersed in shock until Reiner walked away and came to his senses. He picked up his maid's skirt and trotted to follow.
.........
The reception room was in the office tower. When Reina arrived, the visitor seemed to have been waiting for a long time. He was standing up and holding the windowsill and looking out the window.
The woman was wearing a shirt and trousers and her short light blond hair, which looked like a handsome man at first glance. When she heard the movement, she turned around and was a little surprised when she saw Reiner.
"Although I heard that the third son of the Ian Grey family was handsome and elegant, I didn't expect that the real person would have a little more steady momentum."
She spoke and reached out to Reiner, her movements were neat and very capable.
"I forgot to introduce myself. I am Oliana Russell, editor-in-chief of "Daily Prest". My daughter Evanna is studying at Crescent Academy."
"Hello, please sit down first."
When Reiner saw that the other party was a strong woman, he immediately felt a little difficult to deal with.
But she mentioned her daughter. Could it be that this is the parent who came to the school to complain?
Reiner knew that some people thought that aristocratic girls' schools should remain pure. Involving men is quite impactful for these girls, so they felt that Reiner should get out of Crescent Academy. In fact, after he moved in, he had already received some tactful letters from parents. Could this be another one?
"I wonder what happened to Ms. Oriana coming to Crescent Academy?"
Asked, Reiner looked straight into the other person's eyes with an innocent expression on his face.
"In fact, I'm not here for Ivanna."
But Oliana denied Reiner's guess next sentence, and she took out a bottle from her bag, placed it on the table, and then asked.
"Principal Ian Gray, I came for this thing."
Claire looked at the bottle and felt familiar. After thinking for a while, he realized that it was the Coke bottle produced by Antoine Alchemist.
Is it something wrong with the taste of Coke? Or is it causing adverse reactions? Or is it violating some unknown regulations?
While he was making a frustrated guess, Oriana smiled and then said to the two of them.
"I visited many places before I finally found the origin of this magical drink. Principal Ian Grey, I want to give you an exclusive interview with the title "Renner Ian Grey - The Creator of the New Era of Taste". How about it?"
“Huh?”
Before Reiner could answer, Claire made a puzzled voice and then confirmed.
"Uh, Ms. Oriana, you mean..."
"This is the most delicious drink I have ever had, two of you, I think this drink will become popular throughout the mainland in the future."
