Chapter 69 The Great Sun Tathagata Three Mudras (20/67)

One Hundred Meditations, also known as "Samadhi", the so-called "Samadhi of Chanting Buddha, the King of Samadhi."!

[Zen] and [Concentration] are also [Stop] and [View]. Stop is to let go, and View is to see through.

Meditation refers to the "one-pointedness of mind", which calms the chaotic thoughts. It is external Zen and internal meditation to focus on one place. Meditation must first start from "entering tranquility" and then reach "quietness" before reaching "silence". At this time

It is already a state of selflessness, from "empty body" and "empty mind" to the realm of emptiness.

However, in order to enter the state of meditation through sitting meditation, one must have a "spirit of transcendence" in order to break through all physical, psychological and subconscious obstacles.

This is also the reason why Zen Master Ling made Ji Boyi suffer three years of hard work before letting him practice the secret method of Zen. How could he have a firm "detachment spirit" if he didn't know the sufferings in the world.

The meaning of Zen is to generate supreme wisdom in concentration, and to use supreme wisdom to confirm and prove the wisdom of the true nature of all things. This is called "Zen".

When Zen Master Ling sat down to practice in Baizhang Huaihai, it took him three full years to move from "Zen" to "samadhi" and become qualified to practice "Maha Zamatha Vipassana".

Originally, he thought that no matter how talented his disciple was, it would still take him a year or two to achieve "meditation". Who knew that he had just mentioned this realm, and in the blink of an eye, Ji

Just pick up the flowers and smile while playing the game, and enter into "tranquility".

But what surprised him, a Buddhist master with a profound mental state, was the thought power that came to him continuously from the void.

It seems that hundreds of millions of sentient beings have gathered their faith together for thousands of lives, and the powerful power of thought cannot be eradicated in several reincarnations.

Moreover, the golden body of Sakyamuni manifested his magical powers and personally received seals for his disciples.

The combination of all kinds of magical powers cast a soft layer of Brahma light on Ji Boyi's body, and the Buddhist energy in his body instantly transformed into a higher level of power, vast, pure, and boundless light.

"Namo Amitabha!"

Master Ling chanted the Buddha's name softly, and an invisible Buddha's light lit up from the dusty Buddha beads in his hand, forming a thick curtain of light, wrapping Ji Boyi, who had created countless visions, in it.

"When the Buddha comes, it is time for my Zen sect to flourish!"

The sound of chanting and chanting secretly in the heart sounded from the acupoints all over the old monk's body, as if communicating with an extremely mysterious pure land, tightly wrapping this hall and isolating this world.

But Ji Boyi knew nothing about this. He only felt that he had suddenly entered an extremely silent state, his body and mind were calm, and the inexplicable breath slowly came in and out of his pores, without accumulation or dispersion.

It is as if one's own thoughts are in contact with and merged with the supreme existence in the void. In one thought, they draw the magical power of the Dharma Realm, reaching a state where Brahman and I are one, and the five aggregates are empty.

"The Dharma is not between the inside and outside, nor in the three worlds. It has no reality and no owner, and its appearance cannot be obtained. It has no combination, no dispersion, and is empty and illusory. Its nature is pure and unpolluted. It has nothing. The mind and heart are empty and deceitful. Therefore, the Dharma is not one.

Different conditions arise without nature, which is the reality of emptiness. Because it is empty, it has no appearance. Since it has no appearance, it has no wishes. Since it has no wishes, it cannot see the birth and death of Dharma. Entering the door of the non-born Dharma, this is the Bodhisattva's view.

A Sanskrit sound that seemed to come from outside the sky resounded in Ji Boyi's mind, which was confused and integrated with the supreme being in the dark world, and also woke him up from the state of "meditation".

When I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw was Zen Master Ling's withered and yellow face, his thin five fingers turning gently and dusty, an inconspicuous Buddhist bead, and layers of crystal clear, almost transparent Buddha's light lighting up·Rang Ji Game

What I saw with my eyes only felt waves of unreality.

"Thank you, my mentor, for your guidance!"

Just now, Ji Boyi was addicted to the Void Dharma Realm and refused to return. Fortunately, Master Ling used his mind power to turn the mantra into a mantra that vibrated in his sea of consciousness, and he was able to change him from the wonderful feeling of being one with the "Buddha" -

Awaken by feeling.

"Buddhism has no boundaries and the Dharma Realm is boundless. Even if you have achieved the state of meditation, you should not indulge in it too much. Otherwise, it is easy to forget time, the body will decay and die."

In the past, there was an eminent monk who entered samadhi for hundreds of years. When he woke up, his physical body had turned into a pile of withered bones. In the end, he could only re-enter the reincarnation, reincarnate into a new physical treasure ship, and regain the status of Bodhisattva.

This is also why in Buddhism, profound Buddhist teachings are not taught to disciples from the beginning. Only after they have understood Buddhist principles, reached a very high level, and are able to control all desires, can Buddhist teachings be passed down to their disciples.

This time, Ji Boyi "entered concentration" thanks to the presence of Zen Master Ling, who was able to awaken his thoughts from the void Dharma Realm in a timely manner with his supreme power of thought.

However, although he woke up, he was integrated with the void Dharma Realm, and felt the supreme power and thought deeply embedded in his sea of consciousness.

Behind his head, circles of pure and clear Buddha light lit up, illuminating his whole body with a majestic appearance, as if the Buddha had come into the world. A supreme artistic conception of self and only one emanated from his body, and his whole person was even more unconscious.

He made a seal that he had never seen before.

Make a Vajra fist with both hands, hold the index finger of your left hand straight up, wrap the little finger of your right hand around the first joint of your left index finger, and support the joint of your right thumb on the end of your left index finger.

As soon as this mudra was made, the deep meanings of Zen Buddhism's non-dual intellect, the unity of living Buddhas, and the unity of confusion and enlightenment, etc., lit up in Zen Master Ling's heart. With this mudra, an unparalleled powerful force condensed from the void Dharma Realm.

With Master Ling's decades of meditation experience, he clearly felt that even if he was hit by this handprint, the golden body he had cultivated all his life would probably disappear.

"It turned out to be...the Great Sun Dharma Realm Seal!"

In Buddhism, the left hand represents the five bodies of living beings, and the right hand is the crown of the five wisdom and five Buddhas. Wearing the crown in the shape of all living beings is called the "Great Wisdom Fist Seal" in Buddhism!

It is also called "The Supreme Deed of Bodhi", "The First Wisdom Seal of Bodhi Guidance", "The Seal that Can Destroy the Darkness of Ignorance", and "The Vajra Fist Seal".

However, in Zen Buddhism, it is generally called the "Great Sun Dharma Realm Seal", which is one of the hand seals of the Great Sun Tathagata and is the seal of the only Dharmakaya.

It can be said that it is one of the most powerful pinnacle mudras in Buddhism. Even those eminent monks in Buddhism who have been reincarnated for several lives and achieved the golden body of Arhat may not necessarily be able to understand this most powerful mudra in the void Dharma Realm.

Why did the young man in front of me, who was less than twenty years old, realize it the first time he meditated into silence?

"Could it be that the Buddha appears?"

Turning back slightly, he saw that the golden body of Sakyamuni, which had just bloomed with infinite visions, had returned to its usual silence and tranquility. Zen Master Ling felt an unknown feeling in his heart.

However, this was just the beginning. After the "Great Sun Dharma Realm Seal", Ji Boyi's will fell into unconsciousness again, and the hand seals changed again!

After releasing it, place your left hand gently on your left knee, with your palm facing up. Your right hand is the same as your left hand, overlapping it on top of your left hand, with the two thumbs and fingers touching each other.

The originally invincible and solemn power gradually dissipated and turned into a static force that sealed all things in the world.

The entire hall seemed to be cut off from the world for an instant. Master Lingchan only felt that the golden body magic power he practiced was as heavy as a mountain in this barrier hand seal, and could no longer be mobilized.

"Legal Seal..."

The old monk felt that the state of mind he had cultivated throughout his life was completely shattered today, and he spoke the name of this mudra in disbelief.

The "Womb Treasure Barrier" he just used to use the secret treasure of Buddha beads was simplified from this "Dharma Realm Seal", and now, the complete original version appeared in front of his eyes, which shocked his Zen state.

Fragmented.

However, after the "Dharma Boundary Seal", Ji Game still showed no signs of stopping. His hands slowly moved again, as if he was drawing out the ultimate principles of heaven and earth and boundless light.

"Could it be..."

A trace of flush appeared on the old monk's skinny face. Almost as soon as he thought of the handprint in his mind, Ji Boyi had already made it.

A force that transcends the ordinary world and seems to be the strongest force that can reach the other side has been condensed and formed. The young man's fair and slender hands bloomed with crystal Buddha light, and dark cracks bloomed in the surrounding void. Behind the cracks, there is a person with infinite light and eternal life.

The pure land of bliss.

It seems that as long as Ji Boyi releases the power of this mudra, he can directly reach the Pure Land of Buddhism, where the Great Sun Tathagata sits cross-legged and the origin of all Buddhism.

"It turns out to be...the Seal of Freedom in the Vajra Realm."

The full name of this seal is "The Mudra of the Assembly of the Great Sun Tathagata and Samaya in the Vajra Realm". It is bound outside the Vajra, with the two upright middle fingers leaning on each other and the upper joints bent like a sword, and the two index fingers stretched out against the back of the two middle fingers.

According to rumors, as long as you complete this mudra, no matter where you are, even in the netherworld, you can directly reach the pure land on the other side and meet the Great Sun Tathagata.

It can be said to be the first Buddhist mudra that millions of Buddhists most hope to obtain!

"The Great Sun Dharma Realm Seal, the Dharma Realm Seal, and the Vajra Realm Free Seal, together are the three great mudra of the Great Sun Tathagata. If an ordinary person obtains one of them, he can become a Buddha and become an ancestor. Unexpectedly, today, you are entering meditation for the first time.

The three major handprints can be seen completely on the body of a young monk in this realm. Lao Na, it’s really..."

In the end, Zen Master Ling felt only bursts of sadness in his heart. No matter what his state of mind, he could not stop this sadness from his heart.

Fortunately, Ji Game did not hit the Sun Tathagata hand seal in the end, but slowly dissipated the powerful power condensed in his own hand seal.

It also made Zen Master Ling's mind slightly balanced.

If his disciple really shattered the void before his eyes and went straight to the other shore to meet the Great Sun Tathagata, he might even be in the mood to die.

"Hey, Master, what happened just now? I just came out of the meditation state, why did I go in again?"
