Chapter 9 The Past(2/2)

"Let's go to bed together these days," said Zhou Luoyang. "The bed is a little small, don't blame me for kicking you up in the middle of the night."

Du Jing sat by the bed, was silent for a moment, and said, "You sleep inside, I'm afraid I'll squeeze you down."

Zhou Luoyang moved a little inside, and ran to many places today. He was so sleepy that he had no energy to stay up late with Du Jing and said, "I'll go to bed first, if you want to read a book..."

But Du Jing turned off the desk lamp and said, "Go to sleep, I'm sleepy too."

That night, Zhou Luoyang didn't sleep very well. Since I can remember, this was the first time he slept in the same bed with someone. Perhaps so did Du Jing.

The next morning, when Zhou Luoyang woke up, the rain was still falling, and the downstairs had already flooded. The water of Fengquan Lake flooded out, and koi swimming everywhere.

Zhou Luoyang asked: "Did you sleep well last night?"

"It's great." Du Jing was washing up and replied, "Where are you?"

Zhou Luoyang nodded in distress, took out his cell phone, and thought flashed in his mind, and he glanced at Du Jing's Weibo account. Today Du Jing posted two Weibo posts:

[I have been sleeping until dawn for the first time since I entered the school. Is it the reason for sleeping with him?]

There is another one below, which was released at 7:25. At that time, Du Jing had just woken up and shared the content of the museum's Egyptian special exhibition. He also wrote a detailed review of several exhibits, and recorded the entire audio guide content, with almost no word missing.

The text shared is: [People are always born incomplete.]

After Zhou Luoyang washed up, the two stood on the balcony and looked downstairs. Many students rolled up their legs, held umbrellas, and caught fish in plastic bags.

"I don't want to go to class anymore, why don't I skip class today?" Zhou Luoyang said to Du Jing.

Du Jing replied: "Today is Saturday, there is no class at all. I will take the pillows, bed sheets and quilts to wash first. Where do you want to go, I will accompany you."

So Zhou Luoyang went out to wander around with Du Jing again. Du Jing's mattress still did not dry on that night. The two squeezed into Zhou Luoyang's bed and slept for another night, followed by the third night, the fourth night, until Tuesday... Zhou Luoyang discovered that Du Jing had almost no insomnia on the night he slept with him.

Later he asked Du Jing about this question, and Du Jing himself didn't know why. It is logical that insomnia people sleep with others more easily are affected by mutual influence. However, in Du Jing, it was completely reversed.

So is his illness cured? Zhou Luoyang thought naively, but found that Du Jing was still taking medicine.

But at least he will not be troubled by continuous insomnia for a short period of time, which is a good thing.

It's like the day when we meet again after three years of separation.

Twenty-four hours ago, Du Jing was lying on a spring bed in the warehouse without even a mattress. As long as he was by Zhou Luoyang, he would fall asleep quickly. After a thrilling night, he came to Zhou Luoyang's home and lie in bed not long after, and he slept even darker.

Zhou Luoyang had many bizarre dreams, dreaming of many people and things when he was still studying, dreaming of Du Jing standing on the balcony and wanting to jump down, but suddenly woke up, but found that Du Jing was still sleeping beside him.

Zhou Luoyang sat up, opened his eyes wide, and sighed.

Du Jing turned over, and half of his body was almost tilted down to the bed. Zhou Luoyang got off the bed with a slight hand and glanced at his cell phone: At four o'clock in the evening, they slept for eight hours.

Du Jing also woke up.

"Sorry, I forgot," said Zhou Luoyang, "I shouldn't have gotten up, I want you to sleep a little longer."

This was the case in the past. After Zhou Luoyang woke up, Du Jing could continue to sleep. As long as Zhou Luoyang was still lying on the bed. But as soon as he left, Du Jing would wake up soon.

"It is the greatest happiness to be able to fall asleep." Du Jing said, "How long have I slept?"

Du Jing touched the phone, glanced at it, and then looked at Zhou Luoyang.

"It's past twelve o'clock."

On the afternoon of September 8th, it was already twelve o'clock noon. The twenty-four hours went back and there was no recurrence.
