14, dispatch certificate

Fan Qiang and Lin Feifan looked at each other. Haven't the assignments been settled? Can they still operate like this? Can they just go if they agree?

Fan Qiang felt flustered, worried that the secondment would go wrong.

Lin Feifan was very excited, could he not go to Jinghu Junior High School? If he could go to Fengliang Junior High School, it would be a real treasure.

Fengliang Town is adjacent to Lingnan Town, closer to the county seat, and has a much better geographical location.

Fengliang Junior High School is very famous, the teaching quality is very good, the number of students is large, and the teachers are paid surprisingly well.

"Don't listen to his lies. Are you here to get the dispatch certificate?" Chief Yin had seen the personnel files of this year's graduates and felt a little familiar with their appearance.

"We are here to get the dispatch certificate. My name is Fan Qiang and his name is Lin Feifan." Fan Qiang took a step forward with a smile on his face.

"Hey, you are Lin Feifan. You are even more handsome than Aaron Kwok. Sit down quickly." Chief Yin stood up and looked at Lin Feifan with a happy face, but turned a blind eye to Fan Qiang.

Fan Qiang's face twitched and he quickly took two steps back, embarrassed and disappointed.

"Can you give us one?" Principal Wu said gruffly, impatiently.

Chief Yin said: "I have already said that the distribution has been decided, and the dispatch certificate has been filled out and cannot be changed. You can find a way for the on-the-job teachers to teach more classes. If that doesn't work, hire substitute teachers."

Principal Wu shouted loudly: "Everyone is already overloaded with work. No matter how much more classes are taught, the teachers will be exhausted. How long has it been? Where can I find a substitute teacher? Even if I find one, where can I go?

Get money to pay substitute teachers?”

Chief Yin looked sideways at Principal Wu and said sarcastically: "Who told you to steal so many students from surrounding schools? The Education Bureau advocates the principle of nearby admissions and zoning admissions, but you recruit so many students from outside the area and say you have no money.

When you pay substitute teachers’ salaries, where did all the borrowing fees you collected go?”

"Why can Jinghu Junior High School be divided into two?" Principal Wu said with a dark face, but his voice was much softer.

Chief Yin knocked on the table and said: "One of the Chinese language teachers was seconded from Lingnan High School, and the only one who actually went to work at Jinghu Junior High School was the physics teacher."

"Haha, you have repeatedly stated that this year's teachers' college graduates are not allowed to be assigned to high schools and must all work in junior high schools. It seems that it is just talk. As far as I know, Lingnan High School has no shortage of Chinese teachers at all." Principal Wu's voice said again.

He got louder and his tone was full of sarcasm.

"About this matter... I suggest you ask Director Sun..." Chief Yin said with a strange smile.

"..." Principal Wu suddenly became speechless. He turned around and walked quickly to the door.

"Hey, hey, are you really going to find Director Sun?" Chief Yin was a little anxious.

"I'm going back to school, I'm too lazy to waste time with you." Principal Wu hurried out the door without looking back.

Finally hearing the whole story clearly, Lin Feifan couldn't help but feel disappointed.

Fan Qiang felt very frustrated. He had been proud of being seconded to Lingnan High School, but now he felt as if he had done something shameful.

"You see, junior middle schools are very short of manpower. This is why I advocated strictly prohibiting teacher college graduates from working in high schools this year. Fan Qiang is the only exception in the county." Chief Yin gave Fan Qiang a cold look.

I returned to my seat and sat down.

There were two chairs opposite the desk. Lin Feifan and Fan Qiang sat side by side opposite Chief Yin. The two were silent, each with their own thoughts.

Chief Yin took out a stack of dispatch certificates from the drawer, found two of them and handed them to Lin Feifan and Fan Qiang.

The dispatch certificate is a certificate for fresh graduates from general colleges and universities to report to their employment unit. It is also the initial record and certificate of the graduates' working hours. When graduates report to their employment unit, they must hold the dispatch certificate.

The dispatch certificate is divided into two copies, the upper copy and the lower copy. The upper copy should be handed over to the graduates themselves for registration, and the lower copy should be included in the graduates' portfolios by the competent authority.

The dispatch certificate is also the certificate for graduates to transfer their household registration.

Teachers' college graduates are divided into three types: unified recruitment, targeted training and private training. The tuition fees for unified recruitment and targeted training are the same, which is very cheap, while the tuition for private training students is six to seven times more expensive.

Graduates of the three types of teachers' colleges are all assigned, and they usually work back to their place of residence.

However, unified enrollment has the right to freely choose a career. If the unified enrollment has chosen the employer to apply for, the individual can take away the graduation certificate, dispatch certificate, and personnel files from the school to the employment unit upon graduation.

Only when the unified enrollment does not take the initiative to choose an employment unit, the dispatch certificate will be sent to the education bureau of the place of residence along with the file, and the education bureau will assign jobs, and the graduation certificate will be issued to the graduate in advance.

Oriented students and trainees must return to their place of residence to work. The dispatch certificate and graduation certificate are sent to the education bureau in the place of residence together with the personnel file. Graduates do not have the right to choose their own employment unit.

Lin Feifan took the first couplet of the dispatch certificate and looked at it carefully, beaming with joy.

He didn't expect that the dispatch certificate was so exquisitely printed, and the paper was as paper-like as banknotes. Although the distribution was not satisfactory at this time, he was still a little excited, and he became a national teacher from then on.

Fan Qiang, with an expressionless face, took the dispatch certificate and put it directly into his trouser pocket without even looking at it.

"Working in a place that suits your identity will have greater development prospects." Chief Yin said with a smile.

What does this mean? I don’t understand! Lin Feifan looked at Chief Yin with a puzzled expression.

"Classmate Lin Feifei, to be honest with you, I heard from Director Sun that Principal Xu of Lingnan High School said hello very early and wanted to assign you to Lingnan High School, but this year graduates from the Teachers College are not allowed to be assigned to high schools. Xu

The principal begged you to be seconded to Lingnan High School, but..." Chief Yin paused.

Lin Feifan couldn't help but feel a little sore in his nose. What a good cousin, he was so caring and considerate.

I have wronged my cousin so much that I even let him drink it...

Alas, I really use the heart of a villain to judge the heart of a gentleman.

Lin Feifan was in a daze and regretted endlessly.

Chief Yin continued: "I have been working in the teaching and research section before. This year I just came to the personnel department. I know that junior high schools are in short supply of manpower, so I am determined not to allow graduates from teachers' colleges to go to high schools, because both of you have to go to Lingnan High School.

In view of various special relationships, I had no choice but to agree to let one go and asked Principal Xu to choose one, and in the end he chose Fan Qiang."

Lin Feifan's face suddenly turned green, his gratitude and guilt towards his cousin immediately disappeared, and he couldn't help but glance sideways at Fan Qiang.

Fan Qiang lowered his head, avoiding Lin Feifan's gaze.

Chief Yin thought that Lin Feifan was very sad, so he comforted him: "Don't be sad about not being able to go to Lingnan High School. You can concentrate on working at Jinghu Junior High School and you will have a bright future. There are many people from the education sector in the county who will be seconded next year."

I plan to take corrective measures. Those whose academic qualifications are not up to standard within three years and those who do not have the corresponding teaching qualification certificate must return to their original units to work."

"Lin Feifan, let's go back, it's getting late." Fan Qiang couldn't listen anymore, stood up and walked to the door.

"Fan Qiang, please go outside and wait for a while. I'll have a few words with Lin Feifei in private." Chief Yin said lukewarmly.
