Chapter 1917 The Melaleuca Routine of Photoelectric Motors

Because of this, Daqian was stuck in the 50-20th place in the Fortune 500 world, and it was difficult to make progress. Although Daqian had almost monopolized the game industry at that time and occupied most of the entertainment market in the world. In the mobile phone market at that time, he also had his own one-acre and three-point land, and the electronics industry, Daqian was also the leader.

But the unit price of these is too low, and it is too difficult to surpass these revenue barriers built by automobile and energy companies.

But then again, if you compare the profits of Daqian with those automobile and energy industries, these industries will have no shame.

Among the top 10 in the world, except Daimler, the rest of the automobile companies are all losing money, and the oil industry is similar. Although they are not losing money, they are struggling on the brink of losses.

This is why these companies are trying to find ways to create a war in YLK. They need oil prices to rise, crude oil prices to rise, and gasoline prices to rise.

This is also the reason why many people call for the cancellation of the Fortune 500 based on revenue. Many people believe that making these behemoths that lose too much blood every year in the Fortune 500 is simply a joke.

The real Fortune 500 should be ranked according to profits, so that truly valuable companies can be reflected.

However, major financial magazines have ignored these voices.

If you have a little bit of face, you will launch a list of the world's top 500 profits to show your fairness, but the list of the world's top 500 is always ranked according to revenue.

The reason is very simple, because if these oil and automobile companies cannot even maintain the halo of the Fortune 500, their reputation and stock prices will plummet. They have been at the peak for too long and are reluctant to leave.

Having said that, Daqian did have difficulty moving on the Fortune 500 list for these reasons before, but after 2000, the situation changed a lot.

First of all, Daqian Games made rapid progress. As Daqian defeated Microsoft, surrendered Sony, and accepted Nintendo, no one in the entire game industry can compete with Daqian Games!

Unless Tencent Games emerged... But the problem is that in this world, Tencent and QQ are all Daqian's own things. They are not allowed to enter the game industry. Their QQ channel entrance is required to be completely open to Daqian. Boss Jia will not raise a tiger for trouble.

Therefore, the game industry was occupied by Daqian, especially with the advent of the Steam Game Store, Daqian achieved a complete monopoly on the entire game channel. If all game companies want to put the game on the shelves, they must pay a cap tax to Daqian, so Daqian Game's revenue became an ever-increasing monster.

If it is not a PC game, but a console or a handheld game, you have to pay another tax. Daqian is so domineering.

By 2005, the revenue of the entire Daqian Games had reached US$77.8 billion, almost exceeding 80 billion. Of which, about US$20 billion was the revenue of the games developed by Daqian itself, and the other 57.8 billion was all counted from other game companies.

The total revenue of the entire game industry in 2004 was US$157.4 billion, which is equivalent to swallowing half of the revenue of the entire game industry. You can imagine how terrifying the control and money-making ability of Daqian to the entire game industry now has.

But games are just the least of the four pillar industries in Daqian.

Further up is Daqian Communication. The current main product of Daqian Communication is of course Daqian Mobile. The annual revenue of Daqian Mobile has reached more than 50 billion US dollars. In addition, Daqian Communication has also been involved in many other products in the communications industry, but it does not sell goods directly, but sells various industrial products, provides various patent licensing, etc.

So in the end, the total revenue of Daqian Communications reached US$82.5 billion, which is more than Daqian Games.

So what are there two more top mobile phones and games?

This is the core industry that has recently led Daqian to break through the world's 500 barriers: Daqian Electronics and Daqian Automobile.

Let’s talk about Daqian Electronics first. With the explosion of Daqian in the field of lithography machines, the world’s high-end lithography machine industry has been completely monopolized by Daqian Electronics.

Daqian is now selling 50nm-level lithography machines in batches to the outside world, ordering on the same day and guaranteeing arrival within three months.

One of the lithography machines was priced at as high as US$120 million. As a result, this guy sold a total of 420 units in more than three years, directly generating about US$50 billion in revenue.

Some people may think there is something wrong with this data, because in 2005, the sales of lithography machines throughout the year were only more than 500 units. Why did the top-notch sell 420 units in one go? This is unscientific!

In fact, this is scientific. First of all, it is not sold in one year, but in three years.

Second, this is because the 50nm lithography machine is no longer the top. The top one is the 30nm lithography machine. Daqian launched it at the end of 2004. In the same year, the top CPUs based on the 30nm lithography machine have already started to be sold. All the chips used by Daqian's personal terminals come from these 30nm lithography machines.

Because only a lithography machine with this precision can produce extremely small chips that meet the needs of mobile phones.

But it is precisely because of this that the top CPU is occupied by 30nm, so the 50nm CPU becomes a mid-to-high-end CPU.

If Intel had still played the traditional skills of squeezing toothpaste before, even the 70nm process chip could be made into the world's top processor for sale by them.

However, Daqian never squeezes toothpaste. Based on the 50nm process, Daqian has sold it to the public at a price of US$199 per piece. This is the standard mid-to-high-end chip sales price.

If Intel dares to sell 70nm CPUs for $199, players will dare to throw Intel into the stinky ditch.

In fact, the processor industry is an industry with very no brand value. All customers only look at data. As long as your data is good and your performance is strong, you can sell it at a high price, otherwise you will be able to climb it for me.

Therefore, Intel can only accept his fate and sell 50nm mid-to-high-end chips, but these chips have a large sales volume. Without two or three hundred lithography machines, it cannot meet these needs at all.

In addition, there are chip demands in other industries around the world, such as the graphics card industry, which directly leads to the 50nm lithography machine becoming a mid-to-high-end lithography machine. Global companies can only sell a large number of orders to Daqian and purchase a large number of 50nm lithography machines.

Otherwise, once they are thrown behind, they will not be able to get up.

This is why Daqian's 50nm lithography machine is sold very well. It can be said that Daqian used the pressure of a 30nm lithography machine to exert pressure.
